Methodology

How we calculate every number on this site.

ORRJO publishes operational benchmarks alongside agency comparisons and pricing claims. This page is the methodology behind every headline number, with sample sizes, time periods, and definitions. If a claim on the site is not in this document, ask us about it.

The headline operational claims

ORRJO's service pages reference five operational claims repeatedly. Each is defined below with the underlying basis.

"10,000+ meetings booked"
Basis: Cumulative count of meetings booked through ORRJO outbound programmes between agency founding (2022) and Q1 2026, recorded in ORRJO's shared CRM and reconciled monthly with client-side calendars. Definition: A "meeting booked" is a confirmed calendar invite accepted by the prospect, with company name, contact name, and meeting time logged. Sample: all ORRJO Lead Generation engagements 2022–Q1 2026 across UK, US, EMEA and APAC clients.
"£250M+ pipeline generated"
Basis: Aggregate qualified-opportunity value created from ORRJO-sourced meetings, summed in GBP at the date of opportunity creation. Definition: "Pipeline generated" is the value of opportunities that progressed past first qualification stage in the client's CRM, irrespective of whether they ultimately closed. Limitations: currency-converted at GBP rates from the relevant period, not adjusted for win rate or sales cycle. The number describes pipeline created, not revenue closed.
"90%+ meeting attendance"
Basis: Calculated as (meetings actually held) ÷ (meetings booked) across rolling 90-day windows for ORRJO Lead Generation programmes. Sample: all active ORRJO programmes at any given measurement point. Industry comparison: Bridge Group SDR Metrics 2024 reports the cross-industry average at 70–80%. ORRJO's rate is higher than industry average primarily due to qualification standards, calendar discipline, and pre-meeting confirmation cadence.
"4–6 weeks to first booked meeting"
Basis: Median time from contract signature to first prospect meeting on the client's calendar, across all ORRJO Lead Generation engagements 2022–Q1 2026. Range: 3 weeks (fastest observed) to 8 weeks (slowest observed for complex enterprise ICP). Industry comparison: in-house SDR ramp times of 5–7 months are reported by Bridge Group 2024 from recruit + onboard + ramp.
"Lead Gen from £3,995/month"
Basis: ORRJO's public retainer pricing as of May 2026. The £3,995/month tier covers 4 booked meetings per month with senior strategy on the account, full data and tech stack, ICP build, messaging, reporting, and replacement on attrition. Volume scaling: additional meetings priced at £800/meeting up to 10 meetings/month, then £700/meeting beyond. Full pricing model on the pricing page.

Performance lift claims

Several pages reference performance lifts (e.g. "demand-warmed prospects reply at 2–3x cold rates"). The basis for each:

ClaimBasisSample
Demand-warmed reply rate is 2–3x coldComparison of reply rates across paired ORRJO programmes (cold-only vs cold + concurrent demand gen) 2023–202630+ paired programmes
Demand gen lifts meeting → opp by 15–25%Same comparison, applied to downstream conversion rates30+ paired programmes
Demand-warmed cuts cost-per-opportunity by 40–50%Aggregate cost-per-qualified-opp across cold-only vs cold-plus-demand programmes30+ paired programmes

Industry benchmarks cited on the site

Where ORRJO references industry benchmarks (e.g. cold email reply rates, SDR ramp times), the source is either:

  • Bridge Group SDR Metrics & Compensation Report (2024 edition unless otherwise stated)
  • Pavilion B2B SaaS Performance Metrics Benchmarks (2024 edition)
  • Martal Group B2B Cold Email Statistics (2026 edition)
  • SaaSConsult SaaS Cold Email Benchmarks (2026 edition)
  • Validity Email Deliverability Benchmark (2025 edition)
  • 6sense B2B Buyer Experience Research (2024 edition)

Each citation links to the public source URL. Where a citation does not link (e.g. paywalled industry surveys), we provide the publication name and year.

Pricing comparisons

Where ORRJO compares pricing to other agencies (e.g. Belkins, Cognism, Refine Labs), the source is either:

  • The competitor's public pricing page
  • Public proposals shared by clients we work with
  • The competitor's published comparison pages (e.g. on G2, Vendr)
  • Public reviews from sources like Trustpilot or Clutch

We do not invent competitor pricing. Where a competitor does not publish pricing, we describe the model as "custom" or "enterprise pricing" rather than estimating.

Conflicts of interest

ORRJO operates in the categories we write about. Comparison pages, including the "best of" listicles and "/vs/" pages, list ORRJO alongside competitors. We have not gamed our own placement. Where ORRJO is not the right fit for a reader, we say so explicitly.

This methodology page is itself updated quarterly. If you find a claim on the site that is not described here, email hello@orrjo.com and we will add it.
