Within 4 working hours. Submissions outside UK office hours get picked up first thing the next working day. A real human writes the reply.
What does the call cover?
30 minutes. You walk us through the growth challenge in your own words. We ask the questions we would ask a paying client on day one. Then we say honestly whether ORRJO is the right fit, what we would do, and what it would cost.
What if we are early stage?
The question is not your revenue, it is whether outbound is the right next spend. If you are pre funding, still testing the proposition, or your deal sizes will not carry the cost of the work, we will tell you on the call and point you at what to do instead. The 30 minutes is still useful.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. If the conversation needs an NDA before you share the detail, send one over with the form or after the first email and we will sign it before the call.
