We accept plain text, .txt, .docx, and .vtt files. You can also drop your transcript directly into the upload area. The format does not need to be perfect. Our AI handles speaker labels, timestamps, and messy formatting automatically.
Can I upload audio or video recordings?
Yes. You can upload audio files (.mp3, .wav, .m4a) and video files (.mp4, .webm). We'll transcribe them automatically before running the analysis. Transcription typically adds 30-60 seconds to the processing time depending on call length.
