01

Onboarding workshop

Around 90 minutes. Between 150 and 200 questions.

Led by our operations team, with anyone from your side you want involved. Targets, ideal client profile, competitors, past attempts, and the do-not-contact list so we never step on toes. You set the qualification bar. We build everything around it. From this session to first outreach is typically two weeks.

02

Data and targeting

A target list built from scratch against your ICP.

Sectors, company sizes, roles and territories, built with best-in-class data systems and checked against your do-not-contact list and live pipeline. The data, systems and tooling are all included in the retainer.

03

Multi-channel outreach, in your name

Calls, email and LinkedIn, run under your brand.

Dedicated personas and purpose-bought domains mean every touch looks and feels like your team. A cluster of two to three SDRs trained on your account keeps cover through holidays and sickness. Messaging is problem-led, centred on the pains you fix. Every conversation is run by a human. We do not use AI SDRs.

04

Qualification against your bar

Right organisation. Right person. Genuine need.

All three before a meeting is proposed. The criteria come from your onboarding workshop, not ours, and they tighten as your feedback comes in.

05

Approval, briefing, confirmation

Nothing lands in your diary unseen.

Before a meeting is booked you get the briefing notes: name, role, LinkedIn, the problems they raised, what they are doing about it today and why it is not working. You give the green light before we book it. We confirm with the prospect the day before. That is the mechanism behind the 90%+ attendance rate.

06

Reporting and optimisation

A shared Slack workspace and regular calls.

Weekly or bi-weekly calls, full pipeline visibility, and every meeting outcome fed back into targeting and messaging. The engine improves with every cycle.

Everything under one roof

A 35+ person in-house team. Nothing outsourced.

SDRs, marketing, operations and a full creative studio, in-house. When you buy meetings, you are not hiring a single rep. You are plugging into a whole outbound engine: data, systems, sales enablement tooling, people and reporting.

What we need from you

Four things, and we move fast.

A do-not-contact list covering clients and live pipeline. CRM access or exports (HubSpot and similar are straightforward). Any collateral you already have. And direct feedback on the first meetings, because the faster the feedback loop, the faster the engine sharpens.

Common questions

How long does onboarding take?

The onboarding workshop takes around 90 minutes with your team, led by our operations team. Expect between 150 and 200 questions covering your targets, ideal client profile, qualification bar and do-not-contact list. From that session to live outreach is typically two weeks.

Do your SDRs reach out as ORRJO or as our company?

As your company. Outreach runs in your name across phone, email and LinkedIn, with dedicated personas and purpose-bought domains, so every touch looks and feels like your team.

Who actually does the work?

An in-house team. Nothing is outsourced. Your account is covered by two to three SDRs who are trained on your business, so holidays and sickness never stall a campaign. Every conversation is run by a human. We do not use AI SDRs.

How do meetings end up in our diary?

You see briefing notes first: name, role, LinkedIn, the problems they raised, what they are doing today and why it is not working. You approve the meeting before it is booked, and we confirm with the prospect the day before. That process is why attendance runs at 90%+.

See how the engine
would run for you.

Every engagement starts with a scoping call where we establish whether the model is right for where you are. If it is, we tell you exactly how it would work for your business. If it isn't, we tell you that too.
