What This Means to Us
When we started ORRJO in 2022, the goal was simple: help ambitious companies grow through better sales and marketing. Three years in, that mission hasn't changed. But the way we deliver on it has evolved massively.
From a two person operation to a team of 20+, we've built something that genuinely makes a difference for the businesses we work with. This award is validation of that progress, and fuel for what comes next.

What's Next
Winning the Scotland round means we now go forward to the UK Final at Ideas Fest on 11 September. We'll be competing against the best B2B startups from across the UK, and we're going in with confidence.
Regardless of the outcome at the UK final, this recognition reinforces what we already know: that combining smart strategy with relentless execution delivers results. For our clients, and for us.
