ORRJO Intelligence · The deliverable
What you get from ORRJO Intelligence. Research built to be used.
Most research ends up as a PDF that gets opened once. Here is everything a recent ORRJO Intelligence engagement delivered, anonymised: the research, the playbook built from it, the exact words to use, and a private portal that puts all of it in your team’s hands.
Four documents, one direction
What does an ORRJO Intelligence engagement deliver?
An ORRJO Intelligence engagement delivers four documents that work together: a GTM Intelligence Report that sets the direction, a GTM Playbook your salespeople work from, a Messaging Pack with the words to say and send, and a Leadership Deck for the people who sign it off. All four live in one private portal.
01 · GTM Intelligence Report
The research.
Where to start, who you are up against, who makes the decision, what to say and how to run it. In the recent engagement: 68 pages, 20 sections, five parts.
02 · GTM Playbook
The working manual.
Eight questions a salesperson asks before and during outreach, each one answered from the report and the messaging pack: who the company is, why choose it, who to target, who is involved in buying, how to qualify, how to compete, what to say and how to answer objections.
03 · Messaging Pack
The words.
The cold call in five steps, discovery questions for each situation a buyer might be in, what counts as a qualified meeting, LinkedIn messages, emails and a sixteen step sequence, and replies to the objections buyers actually raise.
04 · Leadership Deck
The decision.
15 slides with speaker notes, so the leadership team can see the recommendation and approve it in one sitting.
The research
What is inside the GTM Intelligence Report?
The report runs in five parts, and each one answers a question your team would otherwise argue about.
The verdict. An executive summary, the market you are selling into, and what you are up against.
The competition. The new entrants competing for your buyers, the platforms buyers compare you with, a battlecard for each main competitor, and a watchlist: who to keep an eye on and the sign that should make you react.
The buyer. Your ideal customer profile, sized level by level. The buying committee, role by role: what each person cares about and what helps them decide. The deal cycle, and how progress gets measured.
The message. The messaging spine, the language buyers use and the words to avoid, your value proposition with the proof attached, and an objection bank. The recent engagement mapped 13 objections, each with an answer and the evidence behind it.
The plan. The channels that reach the right buyers, webinars and an event calendar, and how findable you are when a buyer checks, including what AI tools say about you when asked.
And the close. What happens next, in priority order, and the full reference list.

Sourced, dated, labelled
How do you know which findings to trust?
Every key claim carries a small numbered reference, listed in full at the back of the report. Each reference names the source, the date it was read and how confidently the claim can be used. Where a number cannot be verified, the report says so. Speculation is never dressed up as fact.
The recent engagement used six evidence labels:
- Verified. Read at the original source, with the read date.
- Observed. Consistent across credible secondary sources.
- Directional. A reasoned judgement, labelled where it is used.
- Derived. Calculated from a named public source, with the method shown.
- Your account. Something your team told us. Still to be verified, and never repeated as market fact.
- Anecdotal. Individual reviews, complaints and posts, in people’s own words. They show real experiences, not how common they are.
An ORRJO analyst checks and signs off every report. Read the methodology.
The portal
Where does your team find it all?
In a private portal on its own web address, built for the people who use the research, not just the person who commissioned it. Every document, every section and every script, one click away.
Read it anywhere.
Every section is its own page, on desktop or phone, with a contents list and a reading time. Your team reads the part they need, not the whole document.

Find anything in seconds.
Search across every document at once. Each result takes you to the exact paragraph, highlighted.

Take it with you.
Download any section or any whole document as a formatted PDF. Or build your own pack: tick the sections you need and get one PDF with a cover and contents page.

Cards for the desk.
Every battlecard and every buyer persona as a 5 by 7 inch PDF, for printing or keeping beside the phone.

Scripts ready to use.
Every call step, voicemail, LinkedIn message and email has a copy button. Nobody retypes a script.

Ask questions where they come up.
Comment on any paragraph. Your team’s questions sit next to the text they are about, and ORRJO replies in the same thread.

Agree what happens next.
The report’s next steps become a shared list, with an owner, a due date, notes and file uploads for each one.

Listen instead of read.
An audio briefing for each document, read word for word from the document itself.
See what changed.
When the research is updated, every change is marked and the previous wording is kept, so nobody works from an old version.
Walk through it together.
ORRJO can present the portal live while your team follows along on their own screens.
Private by default.
Access needs a code plus each person’s name and work email. Pages are kept out of search engines, and every download is stamped with the name of the person who downloaded it.

Screenshots show a sample portal for Tidewell, a fictional company. Live client portals stay private.
Add-ons
Can the research keep working after it is delivered?
Yes. Six add-ons extend the portal once the research is in place.
- Ask the research. Ask a question in plain English and get an answer drawn only from your documents, with a link to every passage it used.
- Competitor watch. Know the moment a rival moves. We check your competitors’ sites and flag each change, with exactly what changed.
- AI visibility trend. See whether AI tools are starting to recommend you, tracked as the AI test is rerun.
- Events calendar. Every event in your plan in one calendar, each one a click away from your diary.
- Field notes. Your reps log the objections they hear on calls, so you can see which come up most and keep your answers sharp.
- Research freshness. Never quote a stale number. We watch every source the report cites and flag any passage whose source has changed.
Speak to us about adding them.
Why it is built this way
What changes when research is built to be used?
- Your salespeople open the battlecard they need on the call, not a 68 page document.
- Leadership reads the verdict in minutes, then goes deeper where they want to.
- New starters get the whole picture on day one, from one link.
- Questions land on the paragraph they are about, not in an email thread.
- When something changes, everyone sees what changed and works from the same version.
The process
How does ORRJO build it?
Agree the target first.
The research starts from the ideal customer profile your team signs off, so nothing is built on a guess.
Work with your team.
Working sessions with your team and the materials you share sit alongside the outside research. In the recent engagement: three working sessions.
Research it properly.
Around 380 sources in the recent engagement: your own website, social channels and listings, industry communities, competitor sites, reviews and pricing, and government and industry data. Each key figure carries the date it was checked.
Check every claim.
Every key claim is referenced and labelled, and an ORRJO analyst checks and signs off every report. First findings by day 15.
Deliver it where it gets used.
The documents go live in your private portal, and they stay current as the research is updated.
Pricing
How much does ORRJO Intelligence cost?
ORRJO Intelligence starts from £2,500 a month. Engagements run on 6 or 12 month contracts, and committing to 12 months earns a discounted rate. Scope is agreed on a 30 minute discovery call.
FAQ
Questions about the deliverable.
What does an ORRJO Intelligence engagement deliver?
Four documents that work together: a GTM Intelligence Report that sets the direction, a GTM Playbook your salespeople work from, a Messaging Pack with the words to say and send, and a Leadership Deck for the people who sign it off. All four live in one private portal.
How is the work delivered?
In a private portal on its own web address. Every section is its own page, every document is searchable, and every section and document also downloads as a formatted PDF.
Who can see our portal?
Only people with your access code. Each person also signs in with their name and work email, and every PDF they download is stamped with their name. Portal pages are kept out of search engines.
Can we still have the documents as PDFs?
Yes. Every section and every document downloads as a formatted PDF, and you can build your own PDF pack from any sections you choose. The leadership deck also downloads as PowerPoint.
Can we ask questions about the research?
Yes. Comment on any paragraph and ORRJO replies in the same thread, so the answer stays next to the text it is about.
What happens when the research changes?
The documents are updated in the portal as a new version. Every changed section is marked, and the previous wording is kept so you can see exactly what changed.
Are the screenshots on this page from a real client?
No. They show a sample portal built for Tidewell, a fictional company, using the same engine, structure and features as live client portals. Real client research stays private to the client.
