B2B sales training and AI sales coaching
Sales training on your real calls, for every meeting we book.
The call felt good. Then radio silence. The ORRJO meeting coach plans every meeting from our note, reviews the call from its transcript, writes the follow-up, and gives you a plan for when they go quiet. Four short live sessions with your ORRJO team sit around it.
Included with every ORRJO lead generation engagement. Lead Generation starts from £3,000 a month.
Shown with Tidewell, a fictional company. Client meetings stay private.

What the training includes and costs
ORRJO sales training at a glance
| Price | Included with every ORRJO lead generation engagement. It isn’t sold on its own. Lead Generation starts from £3,000 a month. |
|---|---|
| What’s included | The ORRJO meeting coach for everyone on your team who takes our meetings: a call plan for every meeting, a review of the call from its transcript, the follow-up written for you and a plan for when a prospect goes quiet. Plus four live sessions with your ORRJO team. |
| Who it’s for | Founders and salespeople at B2B companies who take the first meetings ORRJO books, and the second ones that follow. |
| How it works | The coach is online, and each person signs in with their own email and password. The sessions are run by your ORRJO team: two hours in total to start, then 15 minutes a month. |
| Not promised | A closed deal or a win rate. The coach works only from our note, your business profile, your website and your call. It never invents customers, results or prices. |
| How it starts | A kickoff session before your first booked meeting. Your business profile and website are read into the coach before then, for you to check and confirm. |
Why does an outbound meeting need different sales training?
A referral already knows what they need. The people we book agreed to a conversation, not to buying. Run the call like an inbound lead and it stalls: you pitch to someone who hasn’t named the problem yet, then wait for them to come back.
| Inbound or referral | Outbound, booked by ORRJO | |
|---|---|---|
| Who started it | They came to you | We went to them |
| What they want | A solution and a price | To see if it’s worth their time |
| Who runs the call | Often them | You |
| The goal of the first call | A proposal | A second meeting in the diary |
| Who chases after | Often them | Always you |
From our experience running outbound, the most common way a deal stops after a first meeting is the prospect going quiet. Everything below is built to stop that: lock the next step on the call, give every “not now” a date, and never let a quote go out without a time booked to go through it.
How do I prepare for a discovery call?
Paste the note ORRJO sends before the meeting and get a call plan built on your business in about a minute. Every note covers seven things: how it came about, why they said yes, what they told us in their words, what they want from the call, timing, who else is involved and their current supplier.
The one thing
The single outcome this call has to achieve. For a first meeting, that is almost always a second meeting with a clear reason and the right people.
Gaps in the note
Anything the note doesn’t say becomes one of your first questions, written out, so you don’t guess.
How to open
Your first 30 seconds, built on what they told us. You play their words back rather than asking what made them take the call.
The call, stage by stage
Timed stages with the lines to say, the questions to ask and what to listen for, specific to this prospect.
Your proof, in the right place
The coach reads your website for case studies, testimonials and results, then brings in the one closest to this prospect, quoted exactly and linked.
The ask for the next meeting
The exact words to book meeting two before you hang up, plus answers for “not now”, “what does it cost?” and the pushback this prospect is likely to raise.
Running your own calls without our notes? Our discovery call framework covers the same ground.
How do you close a first sales meeting?
Close for the next meeting, not the deal.
Before you hang up, put meeting two in the diary with a clear reason and the right people in the room. Never end on “I’ll send some info over.” In meeting two, let them tell the problem again to a colleague, put their own number on it, show only what fixes it, and agree how they’d buy.
Say this before you hang up
“You said [the problem] is costing you [the cost]. The next step is 30 minutes on how we’d fix that, with [name]. Does [day and time] work?”
The coach fills in the brackets from what this prospect actually said.
How does the call review work?
Upload the call transcript and the coach reviews it against the steps above, quoting the call itself. Exports from Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Otter, Fireflies and Gong all work (.txt, .vtt, .srt or .docx), or paste the text.
Step by step
Each step marked done well, partly or missed, including where you started pitching too early, with the line from the call that shows it and the words to use next time.
Who did the talking
Your share of the words spoken, counted from the speaker names in the transcript, never estimated.
What they told you
Buying signals, concerns, timing and who decides, in the prospect’s own words, with what to do about each.
Was a next step booked?
Whether a real next meeting was agreed, and what is missing from it if not: a date, the right people or a reason.
You can delete a transcript for good at any time and keep its review. A call that wasn’t prepped in the coach can still be reviewed.
What should I send after a sales meeting?
It depends on what happened, so the coach picks the format and writes it, in the prospect’s words. Emails are plain text, under 150 words, with one clear ask and a date.
| What happened | What to send |
|---|---|
| Next meeting booked | A calendar invite with an agenda in their words, plus a short recap, the same day. |
| They asked about price | The range and what it depends on, inside the recap, with a walk-through booked before any formal quote. |
| They asked for a proposal | A short proposal: their problem in their words, what it costs them, what you’d do, the price and the next step, sent with the walk-through already booked. |
| They asked for “more information” | A one-page summary of their problem and how you’d fix it, not a brochure, with a date to talk it through. |
| They need to convince a colleague | A one-page summary they can forward, plus the case study closest to them, with its link. |
| Not now | A short note confirming the trigger they gave and the date you’ll call. |
What do I do when a prospect goes quiet?
Follow up like you started it, because you did.
Each review ends with a plan for this prospect if they go quiet after your follow-up, with every message written out. Each step adds something useful. None of them is “just checking in”. And every “not now” gets a date to call back, tied to the trigger they gave, such as a contract end or a budget round.
- Day 3Answer a question they raised, or share something tied to what they said.
- Day 7Change channel: usually a short call or voicemail.
- Day 12A relevant case study, or a note to another person named on the call, copying your contact in.
- ThenTell your ORRJO team where it stands.
- Day 21Close the loop: make it easy to say “not now” and give you a date.
What do the live training sessions cover?
Four short sessions with your ORRJO team: two hours in total, then 15 minutes a month. Built around your real meetings, not generic, box-ticking training.
Kickoff
Before your first booked meeting. Why a booked meeting isn’t an inbound lead, how to read our notes, the five steps for a first call, and who chases a prospect who goes quiet.
First-call practice
Not a made-up role play: a dry run on your real upcoming meeting. You run the opening and the questions from its note while we play the prospect, then book a pretend second meeting.
Second call and quotes
After your first three meetings. Running meeting two, never sending a quote without a date to go through it, and turning every “not now” into a date.
Monthly review
How this month’s meetings went, who went quiet and the next try, every “not now” with its date, then one change to who we book for you.
What is the ORRJO meeting coach?
The ORRJO meeting coach is the AI sales coach built into ORRJO Lead Generation: a call plan from our note before every meeting, a review from the call transcript after it, and what to send next.
It works to the ORRJO method for outbound meetings and uses only four sources: our note, your business profile, your website and your call. It never invents customers, results or prices. Where something is missing, it leaves a gap in square brackets for you to fill.
How much does sales training cost at ORRJO?
ORRJO sales training and the meeting coach are included with every ORRJO lead generation engagement. Lead Generation starts from £3,000 a month.
There is no separate fee for the training, the sessions or the coach, and they aren’t sold on their own.
Can I get the training without lead generation?
No. The training is built around the meetings ORRJO books, so it comes with Lead Generation.
If you want coaching on your own team’s calls instead, ORRJO.ai is our sales call coaching product.
Is it sales training or sales coaching?
Both. The live sessions are the training; the meeting coach is the coaching, on every call.
The sessions set the method. The coach applies it to each real meeting: a plan before, a review after and the follow-up written. The monthly review session then looks at what actually happened across your meetings.
Does an AI sales coach replace a sales manager?
No. The coach plans and reviews each call; your ORRJO team runs the sessions and sees how each meeting went.
The coach is consistent and quick: a plan in about a minute, a review in a minute or two. People decide what to change. The monthly review is where that happens.
Which call recorders does the call review work with?
Transcripts exported from Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Otter, Fireflies and Gong, as .txt, .vtt, .srt or .docx files, or pasted text.
For a PDF transcript, copy the text and paste it in. Speaker names in the transcript let the review count who did the talking.
Do I have to record my calls?
No. The call plan, the follow-up and the plan for when a prospect goes quiet all work without a recording.
The call review needs a transcript, so record only with the prospect’s agreement. Without one, log how the call went in a few lines and the coach works from that.
What happens to our call transcripts?
They’re stored privately for your company and seen only by your team and your ORRJO team. You can delete any transcript for good and keep its review.
Each person signs in with their own email and password, and access ends when the engagement does.
How long does the training take?
Four live sessions, two hours in total, then 15 minutes a month.
The kickoff runs before your first booked meeting. First-call practice follows, then a session on second calls and quotes after your first three meetings, then the monthly review.
Is this sales training for founders?
Yes. Founders who take the first meetings themselves are who we built it for first, and it works the same way for a sales team.
Every person who takes our meetings gets their own login, their own call plans and their own reviews.
Where is ORRJO based?
ORRJO is UK based with global reach, headquartered in Glasgow.
The meeting coach is online, so it works wherever your team takes its calls.
