ORRJO vs Flowd: Prices, Contracts and Which One Fits You

Flowd, the Manchester B2B lead generation agency at flowd.co.uk, publishes prices from around £5,000 a month and a 30-day break clause. ORRJO Lead Generation starts from £2,500 a month, with a 3-month paid pilot available to start. Choose Flowd for the shorter commitment and higher meeting targets. Choose ORRJO for the lower entry price and demand generation alongside outbound.

ORRJO publishes this page, so read it with that in mind. Every Flowd fact below comes from Flowd's own website, quoted and linked, and we checked each page on 13 October 2026. Every ORRJO fact comes from our own pricing, platform, methodology and case-study pages. Where Flowd's published terms suit a buyer better, we say so.

When is Flowd the better choice?

Flowd is the better choice if you want the shortest commitment, a higher monthly meeting target or the faster stated start. On its own published terms:

  • A shorter commitment. Flowd's pricing page lists a "30-day break clause". At ORRJO, a 3-month paid pilot is available to start, and engagements typically run 6 to 12 months.
  • Higher meeting targets. Flowd's packages target 8 and 15 qualified meetings a month, and its pricing page says "Some clients want 10 meetings a month, others want 50 upwards." Most ORRJO engagements run at 4 to 12 highly qualified meetings a month.
  • A faster stated start. Flowd's homepage says "From kick-off to first meeting in 14 days." At ORRJO, outreach begins within 2 weeks of kickoff, and first qualified meetings typically land within 2 weeks of launch.
  • A higher published attendance rate. Flowd states 94%, against ORRJO's 90%+, although that post does not say how the figure is calculated.
  • A lead generation specialist. Flowd says "Lead generation is not one of our services. It is the only thing we do."

When is ORRJO the better choice?

ORRJO is the better choice if you want a lower entry price, demand generation and research run by the same team, or a private EU-hosted CRM environment included in the fee.

  • A lower entry price. ORRJO Lead Generation starts from £2,500 a month, against Flowd's "from around £5,000 per month". The final figure depends on the volume of qualified meetings you need and how deep the qualification goes, both set at discovery and confirmed in your proposal.
  • More than outbound. Demand Generation from £2,500 a month, ORRJO Intelligence from £2,500 a month and Brand & Content from £1,250 a month. Bundling comes at a discounted combined rate.
  • A smaller starting volume. Entry level typically targets 4 to 5 meetings a month, and you approve every meeting from its briefing notes before we book it.
  • A private CRM environment included. Every client gets a private, purpose built CRM environment, EU hosted, run under GDPR and managed entirely by us, with no platform fee and no seat licence. Both firms include a live dashboard: Flowd lists a real-time reporting portal.

How do ORRJO and Flowd compare at a glance?

On published prices and meeting targets they sit in different places: Flowd starts higher and publishes bigger monthly targets, ORRJO starts lower and sells more than outbound. Flowd's column quotes Flowd's own pages, checked 13 October 2026. ORRJO is the publisher of this page.

Is Flowd cheaper than ORRJO?

No, not on published starting prices. Flowd's pricing page says "Pricing starts from around £5,000 per month, with some clients spending as much as £30,000 per month." ORRJO Lead Generation starts from £2,500 a month, and typical spend is £2,500 to £10,000 a month.

VATThe pricing page does not say whether prices include VATPrices shown + VAT on /pricing

Two things to check before you compare the totals. First, what each fee buys: Flowd says its price "largely depends on the volume of sends you require from a campaign", while ORRJO's depends on the volume of qualified meetings you need and how deep the qualification goes, both set at discovery and confirmed in your proposal. Second, VAT: ORRJO's pricing page shows prices plus VAT, and Flowd's pricing page does not say either way, so ask.

If you only need extra calling for a set stretch, ORRJO also sells sales days from £350 a day. For the wider market, see our guide to B2B lead generation pricing.

Which has the shorter contract?

Flowd does. Its pricing page lists a "30-day break clause", and a Flowd post dated 8 October 2026 says "All campaigns run on a 30-day break clause". Flowd's January 2026 pricing guide also says Flowd recommends 90-day initial terms for scaling companies to test results.

ORRJO's terms, as our pricing page states them: a 3-month paid pilot is available to start. Engagements typically run 6 to 12 months, and committing to 12 months earns a discounted rate.

If the shortest exit matters most to you, Flowd's published terms suit you better. Whichever you choose, get the break point and the notice period in writing before you sign.

Which one books more meetings a month?

Flowd publishes higher targets. Its pricing page lists two packages, "Essential 8 qualified meetings / month target" and "Growth 15 qualified meetings / month", and its FAQ says "Some clients want 10 meetings a month, others want 50 upwards." The page's calculator adds: "Meeting targets and estimates based on typical 12-month performance."

Most ORRJO engagements run at 4 to 12 highly qualified meetings a month, with entry level typically targeting 4 to 5.

A number means little without the definition behind it, so compare how each one qualifies a meeting:

  • ORRJO: three checks before a meeting is proposed. Right organisation. Right person. Genuine need. Anything on top, such as budget, timeline or a second stakeholder, is agreed at discovery. Before a meeting is booked you get the briefing notes, and you give the green light before we book it.
  • Flowd: its outsourced SDR page says "Fit confirmed against your minimum viable lead." Its pricing page says "After each meeting, we ask that you complete a quick meeting review".

How quickly do the first meetings arrive?

Flowd states the faster start. Its homepage says "From kick-off to first meeting in 14 days", and its pricing page says "Expect your first meetings within 14 days of onboarding."

At ORRJO, outreach begins within 2 weeks of kickoff, and first qualified meetings typically land within 2 weeks of launch. Our fastest first qualified meeting on record came three days from kick-off. Plan on the typical timeline, not the record.

Which has the higher meeting attendance rate?

Flowd publishes the higher figure. A Flowd post dated 8 October 2026 says "Flowd's meeting attendance rate is 94%", and does not say how the figure is calculated.

ORRJO runs at 90%+ meeting attendance across 12,500+ ORRJO-booked meetings. Our methodology page sets out the basis: meetings actually held divided by meetings booked, across rolling 90-day windows. If a meeting does not happen due to no show, we replace it. Flowd's outsourced SDR page says "Every meeting is nurtured up until it’s sat".

Because Flowd's post does not state how its figure is calculated, the two figures may not be measured the same way. Ask any agency for its attendance definition in writing.

Who owns the data and sending domains?

We could not find a statement on either firm's website about who keeps the sending domains when an engagement ends, so ask for it in writing before you sign. Here is what each one does publish:

  • Flowd: its deliverability page says "Cold outreach goes out on separate domains that mirror yours" and "Your real domain never takes the risk." Its privacy policy says that on client email campaigns "Flowd acts as a joint Data Controller and Data Processor" and "The client acts as a joint Data Controller."
  • ORRJO: outreach runs in your name across phone, email and LinkedIn, with dedicated personas and purpose-bought domains. Every client gets a private, purpose built CRM environment, EU hosted, run under GDPR and managed entirely by us. If you want the data flowing into your own CRM as well, we wire that up.

Our guide to who owns the data when you outsource your SDRs covers what to ask for.

Which one runs demand generation as well as outbound?

ORRJO does. Flowd's Manchester page says "Lead generation is not one of our services. It is the only thing we do." Its homepage lists Outbound Email, Outsourced SDR, GTM Strategy, Sales Prospecting and Deliverability.

ORRJO runs Demand Generation from £2,500 a month, ORRJO Intelligence from £2,500 a month and Brand & Content from £1,250 a month alongside Lead Generation, and bundling comes at a discounted combined rate. Webinars run inside Demand Generation.

If you only want meetings booked by a specialist, Flowd's single focus is a fair reason to choose it. If you want the market warmed before the call, or research and brand work from the same team, ORRJO covers it.

How do reporting and CRM set-up compare?

Both publish a live dashboard. Flowd lists a "Real-time reporting portal" on its pricing page, and a "Live performance dashboard" and "Weekly campaign reporting" on its outsourced SDR page. It says "Flowd integrates with most major CRMs, including HubSpot and Salesforce".

ORRJO gives each client a bespoke dashboard, password gated on its own URL, that lands on the first Friday of activity. Every client also gets a private, purpose built CRM environment, EU hosted, run under GDPR and managed entirely by us, and we wire the data into your own CRM if you want it there too. There is no platform fee and no seat licence for the dashboards, the CRM environment or the reporting. The platform page shows how it works.

What results does each one publish?

Flowd publishes 13 case studies and ORRJO publishes 12. Flowd's sitemap lists 13 case-study pages, 12 of them on its case studies page. ORRJO's are on our case studies page. One example from each:

Flowd: Recycling LivesORRJO (publisher): Descartes
ServiceOutbound salesLead Generation + Demand Generation
Meetings77 meetings120+ qualified meetings
Result"one deal totalling £960,000 per year for a multi-year contract"£5M+ pipeline in the first six months, and a £500k deal with PHS closed inside the first seven months

Each firm also publishes company-wide totals, and they measure different things. Flowd's homepage reports "46,529 qualified meetings booked and £43m+ in attributed client revenue" and says it is "Trusted by 400+ clients". ORRJO reports 12,500+ meetings booked, £300M+ pipeline generated and 60+ clients. ORRJO's pipeline figure is the value of opportunities that progressed past the first qualification stage in the client's CRM: pipeline created, not revenue closed. Do not compare the two money figures directly.

What should you ask either agency before you sign?

Ask the same six questions of both, and get the answers in writing:

  1. What is the notice period, and when does the break clause or pilot end?
  2. Are the prices plus VAT?
  3. What counts as a qualified meeting?
  4. How is the attendance rate calculated, and what happens when a meeting does not take place?
  5. Who keeps the sending domains, inboxes and data when the engagement ends?
  6. Who works on the account, and what happens if they leave? At ORRJO, if an SDR leaves, we backfill within two weeks at no cost.

Our agency scorecard lists more questions and what a good answer sounds like.

Most ORRJO engagements run at 4 to 12 highly qualified meetings a month, with entry level typically targeting 4 to 5. Compare the written definition of a qualified meeting as well as the number.

Who owns the data and sending domains?

We could not find a statement on either firm's website about who keeps the sending domains when an engagement ends, so ask for it in writing before you sign. Flowd sends cold outreach from separate domains that mirror yours, and its privacy policy says Flowd and the client both act as joint data controllers on email campaigns. ORRJO runs outreach in your name with purpose-bought domains, and every client gets a private CRM environment that is EU hosted, run under GDPR and managed by ORRJO.

Which one runs demand generation as well as outbound?

ORRJO. Flowd says lead generation is not one of its services but the only thing it does. Which has the higher meeting attendance rate?

Flowd publishes the higher figure. A Flowd post dated 8 October 2026 gives its meeting attendance rate as 94%, without saying how it is calculated. ORRJO runs at 90%+ meeting attendance, measured as meetings actually held divided by meetings booked across rolling 90-day windows. Because the two figures may not be measured the same way, ask each agency for its definition in writing. At ORRJO, if a meeting does not happen due to no show, we replace it.

Where are Flowd and ORRJO based?

Flowd says its HQ is in Manchester, that its team works from Calico, 55 Mosley Street, and that it books meetings for B2B companies across the UK, Europe and the US. Flowd says it started in 2021. ORRJO is headquartered in Glasgow, with its registered office in London, and was founded in Glasgow in 2022. ORRJO's outreach runs in English.
