B2B Video Production for Sales Teams: Films, Formats and UK Prices

ORRJO makes B2B video for sales teams inside Brand & Content, from £1,250 a month, with one off pieces scoped per project. Photography and video production sit on that retainer, made by the in house studio's videographers. For comparison, Whito puts a UK testimonial or case study film at £1,000 to £3,000 outside London.

Among the UK producers we checked, published starting prices for a single film run from £1,500 plus VAT for a testimonial at Steadyhand Productions in Glasgow to £5k at Wooshii. Below: what ORRJO films, the formats and how long each should run, client films you can watch, and UK prices side by side. Every third-party figure links to the page it came from, and we checked each page on 13 October 2026.

  • ORRJO (publisher's entry), Glasgow: photography and video production inside Brand & Content from £1,250 a month plus VAT; one off pieces scoped per project
  • Steadyhand Productions, Glasgow: testimonial videos from £1,500 and case study videos from £2,000, all plus VAT (pricing page)
  • Production Attic, Glasgow: £2,875 excluding VAT for its most popular live action package (packages page)
  • Klaxon Studio, London: from £4,500 excluding VAT for one shoot day and one edited 1 to 2 minute film with social cutdowns (pricing page)
  • Wooshii, London and Newcastle: prices starting from £5k (price page)

What video does ORRJO make for B2B sales teams?

ORRJO makes films cut for the places they'll actually play: the meeting room, the LinkedIn feed, the WhatsApp thread. The work sits inside Brand & Content, whose pricing card lists photography and video production alongside brand identity, website design, sales collateral and content design.

  • Films for the sales cycle. Cut for the meeting room, the LinkedIn feed and the WhatsApp thread.
  • Animated explainers. They turn a static one pager into seconds a buyer actually watches.
  • Scroll driven film. Built into web pages, when the story deserves it.
  • Launch films. For myBasePay, the work was a full brand rebuild, a website and a launch video. The film plays in the portfolio on Brand & Content.
  • Photography. Listed with video production on the Brand & Content pricing card.

All of it is made in house, with claims checked like everything else ORRJO ships. The studio is designers, copywriters and videographers on the ORRJO team, with nothing outsourced, and it is the studio that also runs the outreach the work is used in. The decks, one pagers and case studies that go out with the films come from the same team: see Sales Collateral & Video. For customer films and reference programmes, see customer advocacy and case study production. Podcast strategy and clip distribution run inside Demand Generation, from £2,500 a month.

What is the difference between a customer film, a launch film and a short clip?

A customer film tells a client's story in their own words, a launch film goes out with a new brand, product or website, and a short clip is a cut of between 15 and 90 seconds in the guides we checked, made for a feed. Each one has a different job and a different published price:

FormatWhat it is forLength, as publishedUK price, as published
Customer film (testimonial or case study)Here Now Films: a testimonial focuses on authentic emotional feedback to build trust; a case study is a strategic story showing how your product solved a specific problem, often with data90 seconds to three minutes on a service or landing page (ProfileTree); 2 to 5 minutes for detailed B2B case studies (Here Now Films)£1,000 to £3,000 outside London, excluding VAT (Whito); a case study video averages around £3,850 (ProfileTree)
Launch or brand filmGoes out with a new brand, product or website. Whito's nearest category is a corporate brand video: scripted, multi-location, professional talentNo length given in the sources we checked£2,000 to £15,000 for a corporate brand video (Whito)
Animated explainerMotion graphics and voiceover that explain a product or a one pager60 to 90 seconds (Whito)£2,000 to £6,000 (Whito)
Short clip or social cutA cut made for LinkedIn and other feeds, often from a longer film15 to 60 seconds for a social clip (Whito); 45 to 90 seconds for social cuts (ProfileTree); 60 to 90 seconds for social and website use (Here Now Films)£500 to £1,500 for a social media clip (Whito)

Most customer films get cut more than once. Klaxon Studio's starting price, for example, covers one edited 1 to 2 minute film plus social cutdowns, versioned for your channels. When you brief any producer, say where each cut will play, because the length follows the place.

Published cost guides give a wider frame for customer films:

SourceFigureWhat it covers
Whito, which says it does not sell video services£1,000 to £3,000A testimonial or case study film, interview style, one or two locations, basic graphics. UK averages outside London, excluding VAT. Whito also gives £1,000 to £3,000 per finished minute as a rule of thumb for professional corporate video

ProfileTreeAround £3,850 on average; about £2,750 to £5,000 or moreA case study video in the UK, based on UK production company pricing data from 2024 and 2025. The top of the range covers multiple locations, motion graphics or a suite of social cuts
Shootsta£2,000 to £6,000What Shootsta says traditional agencies charge for a single location, single subject testimonial with basic editing and simple graphics
ShootstaGBP 3,000 to GBP 8,000A customer testimonial filmed on location in London, 2 minutes

The sources disagree on London. Whito says London production typically adds 15 to 25% to its figures, and Shootsta says to expect corporate video in London to cost 20 to 40% more than regional options. Read each figure against its own scope rather than averaging them.

How much does ORRJO charge for video production?

ORRJO's video work runs inside Brand & Content, from £1,250 a month plus VAT, and one off pieces and larger packages are scoped per project. The Brand & Content card on the pricing page lists five lines of work:

  • Brand identity, positioning and visual system
  • Website design, copy and conversion architecture
  • Sales collateral, decks, case studies
  • Content design and social templates
  • Photography and video production

Brand builds and website builds are scoped per project. ORRJO does not publish a per-film price, so a retainer figure and a per-film quote are not the same unit. Shootsta makes the same point about agency retainers in general: "Retainers usually bundle video with other creative work such as design and copy, which makes the per-video cost harder to see." Ask any retainer supplier, us included, to list the films and cuts you get each month. If you run video alongside another ORRJO service, bundling comes at a discounted combined rate. A 3-month paid pilot is available to start. Engagements typically run 6 to 12 months, and committing to 12 months earns a discounted rate.

What should a B2B video production quote include?

A quote should say how many finished films and cuts you get, how many rounds of edits are included, where filming happens, and whether VAT and travel are on top. The published prices above differ on each point:

  • Films and cuts. Klaxon's starting price names one edited 1 to 2 minute film plus social cutdowns. Ask for the master film and every cut by length and channel.
  • Edit rounds and files. Klaxon says every quote covers up to three rounds of edit amends, a master copy of each deliverable, and six months of asset archiving. Ask each producer what theirs covers.
  • Post-production. Klaxon says editing, grading, sound design and graphics can be 20 to 50% of a budget, more with motion graphics. A cheap shoot day can still mean an expensive edit.
  • Location, travel and VAT. Whito's table excludes VAT and is based on UK averages outside London. Production Attic's packages assume filming in central Glasgow. Steadyhand includes travel across the central belt and quotes plus VAT.
  • Batching. Steadyhand says a batch of website videos filmed in one day comes to around £3,000, against £5,000 to £6,000 for the same films produced separately. Whito suggests filming three or four 60 second customer testimonials in a single shoot day, for £1,000 to £2,500 in total.
  • Claims. A customer film puts numbers and promises in front of buyers. Ask who checks every figure and quote in the film before it ships.

How long does a B2B customer film take to make?

Published timelines run from about two weeks after filming to as long as eight weeks. Here Now Films says a typical testimonial project takes 4 to 6 weeks from the initial strategy call to final delivery. Shootsta says agencies quote 4 to 8 weeks for a London corporate video. Steadyhand says its videos are back within two weeks of filming. ORRJO does not publish a standard turnaround for films.
