B2B Webinar Agency Pricing in the UK: What a Webinar Programme Costs

ORRJO runs B2B webinars inside Demand Generation, from £2,500 a month, with post-webinar sales days from £350 a day. There is no separate ORRJO webinar price. Of the providers that publish a whole-webinar price, This is Fever starts from £750 for production alone and Comms Business charges £4,495 plus VAT for a sponsored trade-magazine webinar.

This guide sets out what webinar providers publish, what ORRJO's programme includes, the registration and meeting numbers to plan against, a worked cost per registrant and cost per meeting, and how DIY, agency and sponsored webinars compare. Every outside figure links to its source, checked on 13 October 2026.

  • ORRJO: webinars run inside Demand Generation, from £2,500 a month. Channels and cadence are scoped on a discovery call.
  • After the webinar: post-webinar sales days from £350 a day, or a structured sales follow-up across the full sign-up list where Lead Generation is included.
  • The market: This is Fever from £750 for production only; Comms Business £4,495 plus VAT for a sponsored webinar. Lilach Bullock puts the all-in cost of a webinar that produces leads, counting promotion and your own staff time, at £1,500 to £5,000.
  • Planning ranges: 30 to 400 registrations, and 10 to 20% of attendees converting into a qualified meeting when the follow-up is done properly. Ranges, not promises.
  • Proof: 1,000 webinar sign-ups for Aveni, 556 for Jua, and 19 meetings booked in 4 weeks as webinar follow-up for Pulsion.

How much does a B2B webinar cost with an agency in the UK?

Of the providers we checked that publish a whole-webinar price, This is Fever starts from £750 for production alone and Comms Business charges £4,495 plus VAT for a sponsored webinar with four weeks of promotion. Most of the webinar agencies we checked do not publish a price at all. For the all-in cost, Lilach Bullock's 2026 estimate puts a webinar that fills seats and produces leads at £1,500 to £5,000 once promotion and your own staff time are counted; her article does not price agencies.

Most webinar agencies scope the price per brief. On 13 October 2026 we checked eleven more webinar and event agencies: ELN Events, MyOutreach, NowComms, Kinura, Bombora, Hurricane Media, Catalyst Marketing, Groovy Gecko, Teylu and Partners, Wyatt International and Motion Marketing. None published a webinar price on the pages we checked. NowComms publishes general prices, from £3,000 for a single piece of work and from £850 a month for an ongoing partnership (NowComms pricing), and for events and webinars says it agrees delivery responsibilities and third-party costs as part of the brief.

Outside the UK. Content Allies, a US B2B agency best known for podcast programmes, tells mid-market and enterprise companies to expect $2,000 to $10,000 per webinar, and puts retained programmes at $3,000 to $7,000 a month for 1 to 2 webinars. Those are its own ranges, with no dataset cited. Kolonell, writing about Munich, budgets 3,500 to 13,000 EUR per session. We have left both in their own currencies.

What drives the cost of a B2B webinar?

Five things set the cost: promotion, production, the platform, staff time and follow-up. Promotion can be the largest of them: Kolonell puts it at 40 to 55% of the budget for a lead generation webinar in Munich.

  • Promotion. LinkedIn ads for B2B registrations typically cost £30 to £90 per registrant in competitive industries, and "a target of 200 registrants could mean £6,000 to £18,000 in ad spend at the high end", by Lilach Bullock's estimate. She says cost per registrant often drops to £5 to £15 where you rely more on Facebook, email and organic outreach. Podymos lists email promotion at £750 to £1,200 and social promotion at £100 to £750.
  • Production. Production-only work starts from £750 at This is Fever. Podymos lists pre-recording at £500 to £1,200 per presentation and editing at £500 to £1,200 per video. Lilach Bullock puts a multi-speaker summit or high-production launch event at £8,000 to £40,000+.
  • The platform. Zoom lists its Webinars plan at $66.67 a month billed annually or $89.00 billed monthly (its page served us US dollars). Demio starts at $45 a month paid yearly for a single host. Livestorm Pro charges €2.50 per attendee. Lilach Bullock puts tools and software for a basic webinar at £0 to £800.
  • Staff time. A decently promoted webinar takes 20 to 40 hours across planning, writing, design, rehearsal, hosting and follow-up, costed at £25 to £60 an hour (Lilach Bullock). That is £500 to £2,400 of staff time per webinar, by our arithmetic.
  • Follow-up. Podymos lists a post-event email campaign at £550 to £750. ORRJO's post-webinar sales days start from £350 a day.

For the promotion plan itself, our guide on how to promote a webinar walks through the six-week timeline.

What does ORRJO's webinar programme include?

We run roughly 95% of the webinar, inside Demand Generation from £2,500 a month, and you show up and speak. The work runs in seven phases:

  1. Research and signals. Research and signals to pick a topic your market actually wants, then the synopsis and the themes.
  2. Building the session. Hosted on Zoom, with an interactive landing page on our dedicated webinar domain.
  3. Promotional campaign. The invitation campaign across email and LinkedIn, running for about six weeks.
  4. Rehearsal and recording. The session runs live or simulive.
  5. Live event. 25 minutes of educational content, then 5 to 10 minutes for questions.
  6. Reporting. Final registrant numbers, a complete attendee report, every question raised during the session captured, and the recording available on demand.
  7. Follow-up and conversion. Where lead generation is included, we run a structured sales follow-up across the full sign-up list, not just those who attended.

Webinars are one of several channels in the same retainer. ABM warming, founder LinkedIn ghostwriting, content strategy, organic LinkedIn distribution, podcast strategy and clips, and dark social also run inside Demand Generation, and channels and cadence are scoped on a discovery call. That is why we do not quote a per-webinar price: ORRJO sells retainers and sales days. The full process is on webinars and events and Demand Generation.

How many registrations and meetings should a B2B webinar produce?

Plan for 30 to 400 registrations depending on the topic and the market, and for 10 to 20% of attendees to convert into a qualified meeting when the follow-up is done properly. Those are the ranges ORRJO plans against, not promises.

Goldcast and Univid report on webinars hosted on their own platforms, and Gradient Works does not publish its method, so treat these as reference points, not a census. More figures are in our B2B webinar benchmarks.

What does a webinar cost per registrant and per meeting?

In an illustrative example with 100 registrants, a webinar costing £1,500 to £5,000 works out at £15 to £50 per registrant and about £188 to £1,250 per qualified meeting. The inputs are sourced; the arithmetic is ours.

The sponsored route gives a second reference point. Comms Business charges £4,495 plus VAT and says it generates approximately 30 to 50 leads per webinar, which is about £90 to £150 per lead before VAT, by our arithmetic. A lead is not a meeting, so apply your own follow-up conversion before you compare it with the cost per meeting above.

We have not divided ORRJO's fee by a registration count. Webinars run inside Demand Generation alongside other channels, so £2,500 a month is not a per-webinar price.

What happens after the webinar, and what do post-webinar sales days cost?

Post-webinar sales days start from £350 a day: a trained ORRJO SDR works your sign-up list for the days you choose, with every conversation logged and reported back to you. Where Lead Generation is included, we run a structured sales follow-up across the full sign-up list, not just those who attended.

The choice is between buying time and buying outcomes. Days buy time. A retainer buys outcomes, held to a written service level on qualified meetings. For pipeline over six months or more, the retainer is the most cost-effective way to buy it. Days are there when you need a sprint. Lead Generation starts from £2,500 a month; the final figure depends on the volume of qualified meetings you need and how deep the qualification goes, both set at discovery and confirmed in your proposal. Run it alongside Demand Generation and bundling comes at a discounted combined rate. Both prices are on our pricing page.

Why work the whole list rather than only the people who turned up? Sequel.io reports that high-engagement attendees convert to sales conversations at 12 to 15%, passive attendees at 3 to 5%, and no-shows who watch the replay at 2 to 3%. It does not state the dataset behind those figures.

DIY, agency or sponsored webinar: which should you choose?

Run it yourself if you have the hours and an audience to invite, buy a sponsored webinar if a publisher's readers are your buyers and you want one fixed price, and use an agency if you need the promotion and the follow-up run for you. The table sets out what each route costs as published.

DIY, in house£0 to £800 in tools, plus 20 to 40 hours of staff time at £25 to £60 an hour (Lilach Bullock). ToJupiter: webinars alongside paid search, LinkedIn ads, GTM stack work, CxO dinners and CRM reporting.

Bombora, a London webinar studio, puts the trade-off plainly: hosting your own webinar "costs more time" but saves money, while managed webinars "might cost you more" and can be worth it if you expect to generate leads.

When ORRJO is the wrong choice. If you need pipeline inside thirty days, demand generation is the wrong first spend, and we would rather say that now. The invitation campaign alone runs for about six weeks.

What have ORRJO webinars delivered for clients?

ORRJO's published case studies record 1,000 webinar sign-ups for Aveni, 556 for Jua, 280 registrations and 19 meetings in 4 weeks for Pulsion, 185 registrants and 14 meetings for LifeLink, and 178 registrations for Ceiba Renewables. The figures below are the ones published on ORRJO's case-study pages.

Scopes differed. Aveni, Jua, Pulsion and Ceiba Renewables ran Lead Generation and Demand Generation together, and LifeLink's case study is labelled Demand Generation.

“ORRJO recommended a non-sales, educational focused webinar series to engage and educate our audience on the latest industry trends and demonstrate our experience. Our AI ChatGPT focused webinar generated over 200 registrations! These virtual events were an ideal opportunity to position ourselves as experts.”

John McGuire, Managing Director, Pulsion

“The overall experience of working with ORRJO has been absolutely fantastic. Our attendance rates have been outstanding, and the engagement has exceeded expectations. The webinars have proven to be an excellent hook for initiating sales conversations, leading to real business opportunities.”

Questions buyers ask

How much does a B2B webinar cost to run with an agency?

Of the providers we checked that publish a whole-webinar price, This is Fever starts from £750 for production alone and Comms Business charges £4,495 plus VAT for a sponsored webinar with four weeks of promotion. Lilach Bullock estimates the all-in cost of a webinar that fills seats and produces leads at £1,500 to £5,000, counting promotion and your own staff time; her article does not price agencies. ORRJO runs webinars inside Demand Generation, from £2,500 a month, with post-webinar sales days from £350 a day.

Is the platform included?

ORRJO webinars are hosted on Zoom, and we build an interactive landing page on our dedicated webinar domain. Channels and cadence are scoped on a discovery call, so ask us there how the platform sits in your scope. Elsewhere in the market, Kinura offers its own Zoom Webinar licence at no additional cost, Datateam's sponsored webinars cover hosting and platform costs, and Zoom's own pricing page lists its Webinars plan at $66.67 a month billed annually.

How many registrations should I expect?

ORRJO plans against 30 to 400 registrations, depending on the topic and the market. Those are planning ranges, not promises. For comparison, Goldcast's data on 26,190 B2B webinars hosted in 2025 shows an average of 251 registrants per event, while the median Thursday event drew 80. Datateam says webinars on its B2B brands typically attract 30 to 130 registrants, and Comms Business says it generates approximately 30 to 50 leads per webinar.

How many meetings does a webinar produce?

ORRJO plans for 10 to 20% of attendees to convert into a qualified meeting when the follow-up is done properly. That is a planning range, not a promise. Live attendance averaged 40% in Goldcast's 2025 data, so 100 registrants would give about 40 attendees and 4 to 8 qualified meetings. Pulsion's webinar series drew 280 registrations, and 19 meetings were booked in 4 weeks as webinar follow-up.

What happens after the webinar?

You get the final registrant numbers, a complete attendee report, every question raised during the session captured, and the recording available on demand. Where Lead Generation is included, we run a structured sales follow-up across the full sign-up list, not just those who attended. If you want calling power for a set stretch instead, post-webinar sales days start from £350 a day, with every conversation logged and reported back to you.

Does ORRJO charge per webinar?

No. ORRJO sells retainers and sales days. Webinars run inside Demand Generation, from £2,500 a month, alongside ABM warming, founder LinkedIn ghostwriting, content strategy, organic LinkedIn distribution, podcast strategy and clips, and dark social. Channels and cadence are scoped on a discovery call. Post-webinar sales days start from £350 a day.

What contract term does ORRJO ask for?

A 3-month paid pilot is available to start. Engagements typically run 6 to 12 months, and committing to 12 months earns a discounted rate. If you run Demand Generation and Lead Generation together, bundling comes at a discounted combined rate. Sales days are different: a trained ORRJO SDR works your list for the days you choose.
