Our shortlist of UK go-to-market agencies, checked on 13 October 2026: ORRJO (the publisher), Gravity Global, The Marketing Practice, Transmission, Velocity Partners, Gripped, Six & Flow, Ziggy, Arise GTM, Scaled, The Realization Group and Tomorrow People. Three of the 11 outside ORRJO publish prices, and Whito puts UK full-service agency retainers at £3,500 to £16,750 a month.
ORRJO publishes this page and its own entry comes first, marked as the publisher’s entry. What each firm runs, where it is based and what it publishes about price comes from its own website. Where we quote a published list or ranking about a firm, we name and link it. Every outside figure links to the page it came from, checked 13 October 2026. The table shows what each firm says it runs, where it says it is based and what it publishes about price. The profiles below it go one firm at a time.
- Published prices: Gripped, Scaled and Arise GTM publish prices on their own sites. We found no published price on the other eight firms’ sites.
- Market band: Whito puts UK full-service agency retainers at £3,500 to £16,750 a month, and a single channel at £1,250 to £3,500 a month.
- ORRJO: research, brand, demand and outbound in sequence, by one team. ORRJO Intelligence, Demand Generation and Lead Generation from £2,500 a month each; Brand & Content from £1,250 a month.
- Bias, declared: every GTM list we read is published by a vendor, this one included.
How do the 12 UK GTM agencies compare?
After ORRJO, which runs research, brand, demand and outbound as one sequence, the other 11 fall into four types: four full-service B2B agencies with go-to-market services, three demand generation and RevOps specialists, two GTM consultancies, and two specialists by discipline or sector. The “What it names” column lists what each firm’s own pages name. A gap means we did not find it named, not that the firm cannot do it.
| Agency and UK base (as stated on its own site) | Strategy only or execution | What it names: research, brand, demand, outbound, RevOps | Published price | Best for |

How did we choose and order this list?
We started from seven published lists of GTM agencies, from Directive, SyncGTM, inBeat, Derrick, Salesforge, Arise GTM and Ziggy. All seven are published by vendors, and five of them rank their own publisher first: Directive, SyncGTM, inBeat, Arise GTM and Ziggy. Derrick declares its bias and does not list itself. ORRJO appears on none of the seven. We put ORRJO first here because it is our page, and we say so.
Eight of the 11 other firms appear on at least one of those lists and state a UK base on their own website: Gravity Global, The Marketing Practice, Velocity Partners, Gripped, Six & Flow, Ziggy, Arise GTM and Scaled. We added Transmission, The Realization Group and Tomorrow People, which are not on those lists, because each describes go-to-market work and a UK base on its own website.
For every other firm we read its own website on 13 October 2026 and took three things from it: what it says it does, where it says it is based, and whether it publishes a price. We did not reuse the per-agency prices that SyncGTM and Derrick print, because most of them are labelled as those publishers’ estimates, not the agencies’ own prices.
We have not scored the agencies against each other. This page compares what each firm says it does and charges, not its client results. After ORRJO, the order follows the type of firm. Within the full-service group, firms follow B2B Marketing’s 2026 table of UK B2B agencies by gross income, the only independent ranking we found, built from 68 agencies’ responses: Gravity Global 4th, The Marketing Practice 6th and Transmission 8th. That table is not specific to go-to-market work. Firms it does not rank are listed alphabetically within their group.
We left out Impression, which appears on Derrick’s list, because its own site calls it a performance marketing agency. We left out mgsh. and SaaSili, two London names on Salesforge’s list, because we could not find or read their own websites to check them. Two more London firms that came up in our research, GTM Savants and GTM Quest, are covered briefly after the profiles.
What does each UK GTM agency run, and what does it charge?
Three of the 11 publish a price on their own site: Gripped from £3,500 a month, Scaled with £1,000 and £1,600 monthly options, and Arise GTM from £10,000 for an assessment. We found no published price on the other eight. What they run ranges from full brand-to-demand agencies to GTM consultancies that hand the plan to your team. Each profile below says what the firm runs, where it is based, what it publishes about price and who it suits, in that order, using the firm’s own words where we quote it.
1. ORRJO (publisher’s entry)
What it runs: ORRJO runs go to market as a service: research, brand, demand generation and lead generation in sequence, by one team. Research first, then brand, then demand, then outbound. You don’t buy all four on day one: most engagements start with one service and earn the rest. Outreach runs in your name across phone, email and LinkedIn.
Based: headquartered in Glasgow, registered office in London. Founded in 2022 in Glasgow, with 45+ people.
Price: the Growth Engine is priced service by service.
| ORRJO service | Starting price | Where it sits in the sequence |
|---|---|---|
| ORRJO Intelligence | From £2,500 a month | Research |
| Brand & Content | From £1,250 a month; brand builds and website builds scoped per project | Brand |
| Demand Generation | From £2,500 a month | Demand |
| Lead Generation | From £2,500 a month; typically £2,500 to £10,000 a month | Outbound |
| ORRJO Platform | Nothing on top; included in every retainer | Dashboards, CRM environment and reporting |
For Lead Generation, the final figure depends on the volume of qualified meetings you need and how deep the qualification goes, both set at discovery and confirmed in your proposal. Running more than one service? Yes, bundling comes at a discounted combined rate. A 3-month paid pilot is available to start. Engagements typically run 6 to 12 months, and committing to 12 months earns a discounted rate. Full detail is on our pricing page.
Proof: Descartes ran lead generation and demand generation together: £5M+ pipeline in the first six months, from 120+ qualified meetings, and a £500k deal with PHS closed inside the first seven months. Descartes has since expanded ORRJO into four of its business units across EMEA and North America (Descartes case study). For myBasePay, ORRJO rebuilt the brand from scratch and refreshed the website. With demand and lead generation running alongside, the work drove a 300%+ increase in inbound website leads in 8 weeks, and LinkedIn followers grew 139% (myBasePay case study).
“Everything feels cohesive, professional, and distinctly us. For the first time, our brand actually reflects what we’re building.”
Faby Hammo, myBasePay
Company-wide figures: 12,500+ meetings booked, £300M+ pipeline generated, 60+ clients and 90%+ meeting attendance. Our methodology page sets out how meetings, pipeline and attendance are counted.
What it does not do: RevOps is not a separate service. Every client gets a private, purpose built CRM environment, and dashboards, the CRM environment and reporting ship inside every engagement at nothing on top (ORRJO Platform). We give you targets and what they’re based on, never guarantees. About one in four discovery calls end with us recommending you build in house instead.
Best for: B2B companies, from well funded startups through to large corporates, that want research, brand, demand and outbound run by one team, starting with the one service the strategy call points to. More on the model: The Growth Engine.
2. Gravity Global
Gravity Global’s go-to-market page says: “We’re a go-to-market strategy agency.” That service covers a GTM roadmap, ICP development, tech stack, sales enablement, ABM strategy and ABM tech, inside a wider brand-to-demand agency. Its contact page lists London (69 Wilson Street) first among twelve locations, which also include Houston, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Tenterden, Norwich, Oxford, Hong Kong, Nha Trang (Vietnam) and Shanghai. No price is published. Directive’s list places Gravity Global second, describing it as “A proven enterprise GTM partner known for deep ICP research, ABM rigor, and global execution.” Best for: firms that want GTM strategy and ABM from a global agency.
3. The Marketing Practice (tmp)
tmp describes itself as “a global B2B marketing agency specialising in helping organisations connect brand building with demand generation and ultimately drive measurable revenue growth” (tmp about page). The same page says its capabilities span strategy, data, creative, media planning, media activation, ABM, partner marketing, event support, AI consulting and digital experience. The about page lists London (30-31 Cowcross Street) first, then Munich, Denver and Sydney. No price is published. Its homepage makes a fee-back promise: “Tell us what great ROI means for you. We’ll agree a target and we’ll hit it. Or you get your fee back. Guaranteed.” Best for: organisations that want brand and demand work joined up, with an agreed ROI target.
4. Transmission
Transmission’s go-to-market services page says: “We audit your GTM strategy, processes and tools to pinpoint where investment will have the greatest impact.” Its wider services cover growth consulting, brand, ABX, demand conversion, content, creative, paid media, web and data. Its about page names a London HQ (The Clove Building, 4 Maguire Street), with offices in San Francisco, New York, Dallas, Sydney, Singapore, Delhi and Wroclaw. No price is published. Best for: firms that want a GTM audit alongside brand and demand work.
5. Velocity Partners
Velocity says: “We’re the B2B marketing agency for ambitious marketers looking to build brands, campaigns and performance marketing programs that accelerate your pipeline and pump the metrics that matter” (Velocity homepage). Its footer gives Velocity Partners Ltd at 60 Great Portland Street, London, and Velocity Partners US Inc in New York. No price is published. The same homepage introduces Pretzl, a new company: “Pretzl uses AI, data and creativity to decode the messiness of real buying journeys and deliver programs that get pipeline moving again.” SyncGTM notes that Velocity is transitioning into Pretzl, so ask which company you would contract with. Best for: tech marketers who want brand, campaigns and performance marketing from one agency.
6. Gripped
Gripped calls itself “a specialist B2B marketing agency based in London” and says it has worked with over 160 SaaS, AI and tech companies since 2017 (Gripped homepage). It runs demand generation, paid media, SEO, GEO and websites. Its pricing page is public: Advisory or Execution from £3,500 a month plus project fees, Performance from £7,500 a month and Scale from £15,000 a month, and “Paid Media Budgets are not included in your monthly retainer.” Best for, in its own words: “B2B SaaS and tech companies at Series A through growth stage, typically £2M to £50M ARR.”
7. Six & Flow
Six & Flow says: “We are a revenue-focused growth agency that helps our clients grow their revenue” (Six & Flow homepage). It is a HubSpot Elite Partner, and its work spans HubSpot implementation, RevOps, demand generation, sales enablement and AI consulting. Its homepage cites “1,000+ successful projects”. Its contact page lists Manchester and London, then Dublin and Toronto. No price is published. Best for: teams that run HubSpot and want RevOps and demand generation from the same partner.
8. Ziggy
Ziggy says it “is the B2B demand generation agency for Enterprise companies that need to scale revenue” (Ziggy homepage). Alongside paid media, marketing automation, revenue dashboards, landing pages, creative, SEO and GEO, it sells a GTM diagnostic; that page gives 3 to 5 weeks in one place and “4-5 weeks end to end” in another. Ziggy’s own GTM agencies article gives “Location: London, UK”, and its privacy policy gives a postal address in Wakefield. No price is published. Directive’s list places Ziggy fourth. Best for: enterprise tech companies that want a GTM diagnostic followed by demand generation.
9. Arise GTM
Arise GTM’s homepage lists what it executes: GTM strategy, product marketing (positioning, ICP, competitive intelligence, enablement), lifecycle marketing, HubSpot-native revenue operations, business intelligence and AI agents. Its pricing page is specific: “Full Assess £10,000”, deducted from a full engagement, and “£25,000 per GTM motion. The outcome of the work defines the retainer.” A separate FAQ page on the same site quotes dollar ranges instead, such as “Strategic Advisory (Ongoing): $10K-$25K/month”, so confirm which applies. Its registered address is in London (Plexal, Here East). Best for: B2B SaaS and fintech teams on HubSpot that want strategy and RevOps from one consultancy.
10. Scaled
Scaled says its go to market consultants “help B2B companies work out who their ideal customer really is, what to say to them, and how to reach them, then turn that into a plan your sales and marketing teams can actually run” (Scaled GTM page). It calls itself “consultancy-first and channel-agnostic”. The same page lists Consultancy, NED and Advisory at £1,600 a month, RevOps, Sales & Marketing at £1,000 a month, and Detailed Go To Market Projects at £3,000. Its homepage says consulting starts at £2,000 a month, so ask which figure applies to you. Its contact page gives an address at Pancras Sq, London. Best for: agencies, SaaS, tech and B2B services firms that want a GTM plan their own team runs, with prices on the page.
11. The Realization Group
The Realization Group’s homepage is titled “Go-to-Market Agency for Financial Markets”. Its services span brand, content, creative, digital, events, PR, product and sales enablement, revenue operations, ABM and fractional sales, and it says: “We execute methodically, activating full-funnel Go-To-Market activities that create, capture, and convert market demand.” The homepage gives London and New York phone numbers. No price is published. Best for: firms selling into financial markets.
12. Tomorrow People
Tomorrow People says: “We’re a product marketing agency that helps B2B companies define their category, sharpen positioning, and give sales teams the story to win” (Tomorrow People homepage). Its GTM strategy page says it helps “B2B marketing leaders to shape GTM strategies that are dynamic, insight-led, and designed to perform under real-world pressure”. Its contact page lists Birmingham, London and New York. No price is published. Best for: B2B firms that need category, positioning and launch work before they scale outreach.
Also worth a look: GTM Savants and GTM Quest
Two more London firms describe themselves as GTM specialists. GTM Savants calls itself a “Go-To-Market Consultancy for B2B Tech, Engineering & AI Companies”, led by former founders, CEOs, MDs and senior executives. GTM Quest says: “GTM Quest is a GTM agency for US and UK B2B teams, based in London.” Neither publishes a price.
How much does a GTM agency cost in the UK?
Research by Whito, which describes itself as an independent UK research publisher, puts UK full-service agency retainers at £3,500 to £16,750 a month, and a single channel such as SEO or PPC at £1,250 to £3,500 a month. Bands published by agencies and list publishers vary widely, from £2,000 a month for execution to £30,000 a month for full service. Only Whito presents its band as independent research; the rest come from vendors, and four of them give no source for their numbers.
| Source | Who publishes it | Published band | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Whito, UK agency retainers | Self-described independent UK research publisher, May 2026 | £1,250 to £3,500 a month for a single channel; £3,500 to £16,750 a month for full service | Both bands up more than 30% on 2023, per Whito |
| Gripped pricing page | Agency, about its own clients | “A typical investment is £5K-£15K per month for strategic execution across core channels.” | “Most marketing leaders invest £8K-£12K/month.” |
| Derrick, UK GTM agency list | Data tool vendor | Full agency engagements £5,000 to £15,000 a month | No source given for the band; fractional GTM consultant on Toptal or Malt £600 to £1,200 a day |
| SyncGTM, UK GTM agency list | Data platform vendor | Full-service retainers £5,000 to £30,000 a month; strategy audits and sprint-based projects £5,000 to £20,000 | No source given for the band |
| inBeat, UK GTM agency list | Agency | Full GTM strategy £5,000 to £25,000; ongoing execution £2,000 to £10,000 a month | No source given for the band |
| Arise GTM, GTM agency guide | Consultancy | Strategy with no execution £15,000 to £50,000 a project; strategy plus execution £10,000 to £30,000 a month | Retainer runs six to twelve months, per Arise; no source given for the band |
| Salesforge, GTM agency list | Vendor, global list | Monthly retainers $3,000 to $18,000 | In US dollars; “three-month minimums are common” |
Scope changes the shape of the price: Arise GTM and inBeat both describe strategy as a one-off cost and execution as a monthly one. Location matters too: Whito gives the example that “A retainer that costs £2,000/month from a Manchester agency might be £3,500 from a central London equivalent.” Most firms will not tell you up front either way: Whito’s July 2026 check found that 47 of 50 UK marketing agencies publish no price anywhere.
ORRJO prices each service separately: ORRJO Intelligence, Demand Generation and Lead Generation from £2,500 a month each, and Brand & Content from £1,250 a month. The full list is on our pricing page. For what UK agencies charge across every service, see B2B marketing agency pricing in the UK, and for lead generation alone, B2B lead generation pricing.
Should you hire a GTM agency, a fractional CMO or an in-house team?
The answer depends on whether you need people to run the work or senior direction for part of the week, and on how long you can wait for a hire to ramp. The table sets the published cost of each route side by side.
| Option | What it costs, per the source | How it is bought | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|
| GTM agency | £3,500 to £16,750 a month for full service (Whito). ORRJO services from £1,250 or £2,500 a month. | Monthly retainer, or a project. Derrick describes retainers as “typically three to six months minimum” (Derrick). | At ORRJO, outreach begins within 2 weeks of kickoff. |
| Fractional CMO | £700 to £1,400 a day; £3,000 to £10,000 a month; about £75,000 to £130,000 a year at 2 days a week (Practicus). | Day rate, or a monthly retainer “depending on the number of days committed” (Practicus). | Practicus compares that with a full-time CMO package of £180,000 to £350,000+ including employer NI, pension, benefits and recruitment costs. |
| In-house hire | Head of marketing or marketing director £90,000 to £125,000 or more, with true cost roughly 25 to 30% above salary (Whito). London head of marketing and business development £105,000 to £125,000 (Morgan McKinley). | Salary plus employer costs, tools and your own management time. | “Hiring, ramping and the first mistakes take two quarters before output looks like output” (Derrick). |
At ORRJO, about one in four discovery calls end with us recommending you build in house instead. When the honest answer is to start small, that’s the answer you’ll get.
What should you ask a GTM agency before you sign?
Ask what the agency runs itself, what it hands back to your team, and what the contract commits you to. Whito lists five things to get in writing before you sign any retainer: “how many hours a month and done by whom, what happens to unused hours, whether reporting is included, the notice period and minimum term, and whether the fee is plus VAT.” Salesforge judges agencies partly on “Pricing clarity. Published prices, minimum terms and a clear definition of success.”
- Which parts of the work does your team run, and which does it hand back?
- What is the minimum term? Derrick describes monthly retainers as “typically three to six months minimum”.
- Is media spend inside the fee? Gripped, for one, states that paid media budgets are not included in its retainer.
- Which client results can you show on a named case-study page?
- Are you promising a target or a guarantee? tmp offers a fee-back promise against an agreed ROI target; ORRJO gives targets and what they’re based on, never guarantees.
Our own answers: a 3-month paid pilot is available to start. Engagements typically run 6 to 12 months, and committing to 12 months earns a discounted rate. Dashboards, the CRM environment and reporting ship inside every ORRJO engagement as part of the retainer.
Questions buyers ask
What is a go-to-market agency?
A go-to-market agency helps a B2B company decide who to sell to, what to say and how to reach those buyers, and then runs some or all of that work. SyncGTM describes a UK GTM agency as one that plans and executes go-to-market strategy for B2B companies. Some firms on this page stop at the plan; others also run brand, demand generation, outbound or RevOps.
What does GTM as a service include?
At ORRJO, go to market as a service means research, brand, demand generation and lead generation run in sequence by one team: research first, then brand, then demand, then outbound. Each service is priced on its own and also stands alone, and most engagements start with one service and earn the rest. Other agencies define the scope differently, so compare what each one names on its own site.
How much does a GTM agency cost in the UK?
Whito's May 2026 research puts UK full-service marketing agency retainers at £3,500 to £16,750 a month, and £1,250 to £3,500 a month for a single channel. Of the 11 agencies on this page other than ORRJO, three publish prices: Gripped from £3,500 a month, Scaled with £1,000 and £1,600 monthly options, and Arise GTM at £10,000 for an assessment. ORRJO services start from £1,250 or £2,500 a month.
How long before a GTM programme shows pipeline?
It depends on the channel. With ORRJO, outreach begins within 2 weeks of kickoff, and first qualified meetings typically land within 2 weeks of launch. Our fastest first qualified meeting on record came three days from kick-off. Demand generation is slower: expect meaningful pipeline impact within 60-90 days as brand awareness compounds. Salesforge says a reliable read on cost per opportunity usually takes 90 days.
Should I hire a GTM agency, a fractional CMO or an in-house team?
It depends on whether you need advice or people to run the work. Practicus puts UK fractional CMO day rates at £700 to £1,400, and Whito puts a head of marketing or marketing director at £90,000 to £125,000 or more, with the true cost roughly 25 to 30% above salary. At ORRJO, about one in four discovery calls end with us recommending you build in house instead.
Do UK GTM agencies publish their prices?
Most of the ones we checked do not. Of the 11 UK agencies on this page other than ORRJO, three publish a price on their own site: Gripped, Scaled and Arise GTM. Whito's July 2026 check of 50 UK marketing agencies found 47 publish no price anywhere. ORRJO publishes a starting price for every service on its pricing page.
Does ORRJO run RevOps as part of the Growth Engine?
Not as a separate service. Every client gets a private, purpose built CRM environment, EU hosted, run under GDPR and managed entirely by us, and dashboards, the CRM environment and reporting ship inside every ORRJO engagement as part of the retainer. If you need RevOps work on your own CRM, Six & Flow, Arise GTM, Scaled and The Realization Group each name RevOps on their own sites.
