ORRJO Lead Generation is a B2B appointment setting service: we book qualified meetings into your diary, by phone, email and LinkedIn in your company's name. Every meeting passes three checks, you approve it from its briefing notes, and we confirm it with the prospect the day before. Attendance runs at 90%+. It starts from £2,500 a month.
ORRJO publishes this page, so read it with that in mind. Prices for other providers come from their own pages or their own published guides, quoted, linked and checked 13 October 2026. Every ORRJO fact comes from our pricing, Lead Generation, how we work and methodology pages and our case studies. If you want to run appointment setting yourself, our B2B appointment setting guide covers the method. This page is for buyers who want the meetings booked for them.
What does an appointment setting service actually do?
It finds buyers who fit, starts the conversation and books a meeting for your salesperson to run, so your team spends its time in meetings rather than looking for them. Providers differ most on the last step: who puts the meeting in the diary.
- Some hand the conversation back to you. Sopro's appointment setting page says that when prospects want to talk sales, "we hand the reins over to your team to arrange the time and close the deal."
- Some book the time for you. ORRJO books the meeting into your diary once you have approved it from its briefing notes, and confirms it with the prospect the day before.
Ask which of the two you are buying before you compare prices. A reply your team still has to chase and a confirmed meeting in the diary are different products.
Who is appointment setting for?
It is for sales teams whose salespeople can run more meetings than they can find. ORRJO works with B2B companies from well funded startups through to large corporates, and sells appointment setting two ways:
- A steady flow of qualified meetings. A monthly Lead Generation retainer. Every engagement runs to a written service level agreement on the meetings we book.
- Extra calling for a set stretch. Sales days, for "a product launch, an event, a push on existing accounts". A trained ORRJO SDR works your list for the days you choose, with every conversation logged and reported back to you.
Outsourcing is not always the answer. About one in four discovery calls end with us recommending you build in house instead.
What counts as a qualified appointment?
At ORRJO, a qualified appointment is one that passes three checks before it reaches your diary: right organisation, right person and genuine need.
| Check | What it means |
|---|---|
| Right organisation | Sector, size and territory match the ICP you set |
| Right person | The role you sell to, not whoever answered |
| Genuine need | A live pain they told us about, in their words |
Anything on top, such as budget, timeline or a second stakeholder, is agreed at discovery. Before a meeting is booked you get the briefing notes: name, role, LinkedIn, the problems they raised, what they are doing about it today and why it is not working. You give the green light before we book it.
Whoever you hire, get the definition in writing. SalesAR, a B2B lead generation agency, says good sales meetings "come with a written standard covering title level, company size, confirmed pain, and timeline, plus a no-show replacement policy." Belkins, a US-headquartered agency, names a red flag: "an agency quotes monthly meeting volume before asking about your ICP, deal size, sales cycle, or qualification criteria."
How are appointments confirmed, and how many actually happen?
ORRJO confirms every meeting with the prospect the day before, and runs at 90%+ meeting attendance. Our methodology page defines that rate as meetings actually held divided by meetings booked, across rolling 90-day windows.
What sits behind it:
- Briefing notes first. You see who the meeting is with and why, and you approve it before it is booked.
- Confirmation cadence. The Lead Generation retainer includes calendar discipline and meeting confirmation cadence, and we confirm with the prospect the day before.
- No-shows replaced. If a meeting does not happen due to no show, we replace it.
- Incentives that reward held meetings. Our reps are compensated on meetings booked and meetings sat.
The methodology page puts the rate down primarily to qualification standards, calendar discipline and pre-meeting confirmation cadence. On one client, Clear Talents, attendance was 97% across the full 12-month engagement.
Ask every provider how its attendance rate is measured: what counts as held, and over what window. A rate without its definition tells you little. Our guide to meeting attendance rate explains the measure, and how to get more prospects to show up covers what moves it.
How does phone-led appointment setting work at ORRJO?
People make the calls. Our reps write every sequence and make every call, in your company's name, and we do not use AI SDRs. ORRJO Lead Generation uses cold email, LinkedIn direct outreach and outbound calling, and every campaign runs the channels together, because buyers reply in different places and one channel alone caps what a list can produce.
- In your name. Outreach runs in your name across phone, email and LinkedIn, with dedicated personas and purpose-bought domains.
- Cover that does not drop. Two to three SDRs are trained on your account so cover never drops.
- Every call on the record. Our reps dial through an integrated calling system, so every call is logged automatically against the contact record: outcome, recording and time.
- UK-based people. Our modern slavery statement says all labour engaged by ORRJO to deliver its services is based in the United Kingdom.
- Data held in the EU. Your campaign data is held in a dedicated, EU hosted CRM environment with EU data residency, run under GDPR. Do not call requests are handled automatically, and calling data is cleaned and validated before use.
B2B calls in the UK fall under PECR. The Information Commissioner's Office says on its business-to-business marketing guidance that these rules "apply to B2B marketing calls", and that before you make live B2B calls "you need to screen against both the CTPS and TPS registers, as well as your own ‘do not call’ list". The caller must also say who is calling, and PECR treats sole traders and some types of partnership the same as individuals. The ICO notes that the guidance is under review after the Data (Use and Access) Act. Ask any provider how it meets these rules before calls start.
How many appointments a month should you expect?
Most ORRJO engagements run at 4 to 12 highly qualified meetings a month, with entry level typically targeting 4 to 5. We recommend starting smaller and scaling once conversion data is in.
ORRJO does not guarantee meetings: we give you targets and what they're based on, never guarantees. Every engagement runs to a written service level agreement on the meetings we book.
For a reference point, The Bridge Group's 2025 SDR research report, drawn from a survey of 351 B2B companies (78% North America-based, 83% B2B SaaS), puts the monthly SDR quota at 10 meetings held (Stage 0), the global median, down 40% since 2018. A quota is one person's target, and companies define a held meeting in different ways, so treat it as context rather than a like-for-like comparison.
How much does appointment setting cost in the UK?
Published UK figures run from £100 to £500 per qualified appointment and from £2,000 to £6,000 or more a month for a blended retainer, according to The Lead Generation Company's cost guide dated 5 May 2026. ORRJO Lead Generation starts from £2,500 a month plus VAT.
What UK providers publish, checked 13 October 2026:
| Pricing model | Published figure | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Pay per appointment (market range) | £100 to £500 per qualified appointment, "a common range for UK B2B services" | The Lead Generation Company, 5 May 2026 |
| Monthly retainer, blended campaign (market range) | £2,000 to £6,000 or more a month, for a campaign "typically combining telemarketing, email, and LinkedIn outreach" | The Lead Generation Company, 5 May 2026 |
| Monthly fee, senior-led UK campaign | £5,000 to £11,000 a month, the range Sentrama says it sees quoted across live client conversations | Sentrama, Bristol, 28 July 2026 |
| Packages priced per qualified meeting | 10 meetings for £4,000 (£400 each), 20 for £7,000 (£350 each), 30 for £9,000 (£300 each), set-up excluded | Inboxxia, Manchester, homepage |
| Telemarketing, including appointment setting | From £2,000 a month, plus a one-time onboarding setup | Paragon Marketing Projects, Portsmouth, pricing page |
| Dedicated appointment setter seat | £1,500 one-off setup per seat, then £1,200 to £1,600 a month, with setters based in South Africa | Cape Solutions UK, 20 July 2026 |
| ORRJO Lead Generation (publisher of this page) | From £2,500 a month plus VAT. Most clients invest between £2,500 and £10,000 a month | ORRJO pricing |
| ORRJO sales days (publisher of this page) | From £350 a day plus VAT | ORRJO pricing |
For ORRJO, the final figure depends on the volume of qualified meetings you need and how deep the qualification goes, both set at discovery and confirmed in your proposal. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the standard UK rate. A 3-month paid pilot is available to start. Engagements typically run 6 to 12 months, and committing to 12 months earns a discounted rate.
Before you compare totals, check three things with every provider: whether they book the meeting or hand over a reply, whether set-up is charged on top, and what counts as a chargeable meeting. Our guide to B2B lead generation pricing covers the wider market.
Should you book sales days or a retainer?
Book sales days for a set stretch of extra calling, and a retainer for pipeline over six months or more. As our pricing page puts it: "Days buy time. A retainer buys outcomes, held to a written service level on qualified meetings." Sales days start from £350 a day, and for pipeline over six months or more, the retainer is the most cost-effective way to buy it. Days are there when you need a sprint.
Should you pay per appointment?
It depends on how tightly you can define a chargeable meeting. Cape Solutions UK, in its comparison of four UK pricing models, says to choose per appointment "when the audience and qualification definition are narrow, the offer is proven and you want to transfer some delivery risk to the supplier", and adds: "Audit quality carefully."
The risk sits in the definition. Cape's guide asks: "Is a meeting chargeable when the prospect accepts, when they attend or only after your sales team confirms the account meets qualification rules? What happens with duplicates, existing opportunities, reschedules, no-shows and junior contacts?" It also warns that "If the provider is paid for count, the commercial incentive can drift towards meetings that technically qualify but do not progress." With a retainer you pay a fixed monthly fee instead, so check that the service level and the qualification standard are written into the contract.
ORRJO does not charge per meeting or per lead. It sells monthly retainers and sales days. Some providers sell both: Belkins says "A pay-per-meeting model is now available by request". Our guide to pay per meeting vs retainer compares the two models in more detail.
What results has ORRJO's appointment setting delivered?
ORRJO has 12,500+ meetings booked and 60+ clients. Three case studies show appointment setting at work: volume for Nezasa, a three-year public sector programme for Venesky Brown, and attendance for Clear Talents.
| Client | What ORRJO ran | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Nezasa, travel technology, Switzerland and Portugal | Lead Generation: a consistent pipeline for the internal sales team to convert | 369 meetings booked in 12 months. 9 days to book the first meeting |
| Venesky Brown, public sector recruitment consultancy | A fully managed outbound appointment setting programme across NHS, local government, education and housing | 250+ qualified meetings booked across the partnership, over three years |
| Clear Talents, diversity and inclusion technology for large employers | Lead Generation over a 12-month engagement, targeting enterprise accounts | 97% meeting attendance across the full 12-month engagement |
For Venesky Brown, the work meant targeted lists, problem-led outreach across calls, email and LinkedIn, and qualified meetings booked directly into the diary. Opportunities booked include NHS England, East Renfrewshire Council, Veterans Housing Association, Forth Valley College and the Scottish Government.
"They quickly understood the nuances of the travel tech industry, our USPs and how to effectively communicate these to our target audience. The communication from ORRJO is second to none."
Richard Brooks, Chief Operating Officer, Nezasa
"The attendance rate alone tells you something is different here. We'd never seen anything like it from outbound before."
Claire Jones, Director, Clear Talents
How quickly do the first appointments land?
Outreach begins within 2 weeks of kickoff, and first qualified meetings typically land within 2 weeks of launch. Our fastest first qualified meeting on record came three days from kick-off. Plan on the typical timeline, not the record.
What should you ask an appointment setting provider before you sign?
Ask the same seven questions of every provider, ORRJO included, and get the answers in writing:
- Who books the meeting: your team or ours?
- What counts as a qualified appointment, and is that definition in the contract?
- How is attendance measured, and what happens after a no-show?
- When does a meeting become chargeable, and is set-up charged on top?
- Who makes the calls, and are they people or software?
- How do your callers meet PECR, including CTPS and TPS screening?
- What are the contract length and notice period?

Questions buyers ask
How much does appointment setting cost in the UK?
The Lead Generation Company's cost guide, dated 5 May 2026, puts pay per appointment at £100 to £500 per qualified appointment for UK B2B services, and blended monthly retainers at £2,000 to £6,000 or more. ORRJO Lead Generation starts from £2,500 a month plus VAT. The final figure depends on the volume of qualified meetings you need and how deep the qualification goes, both set at discovery and confirmed in your proposal.

A qualified appointment passes three checks before it reaches your diary: right organisation (sector, size and territory match the ICP you set), right person (the role you sell to, not whoever answered) and genuine need (a live pain they told us about, in their words). Anything on top, such as budget, timeline or a second stakeholder, is agreed at discovery. You approve every meeting from its briefing notes before we book it.

We confirm every meeting with the prospect the day before, and if a meeting does not happen due to no show, we replace it. For Clear Talents, attendance was 97% across the full 12-month engagement.
Does ORRJO offer pay per appointment?
No. ORRJO does not charge per meeting or per lead. It sells monthly retainers and sales days. If you are weighing pay per appointment with another provider, agree in writing exactly when a meeting becomes chargeable, including how no-shows, reschedules, duplicates and junior contacts are treated. Our pay per meeting vs retainer guide compares the two models.
Do ORRJO's appointment setters make phone calls?
Yes. ORRJO Lead Generation uses cold email, LinkedIn direct outreach and outbound calling, run together in your company's name. Every conversation is run by a person: we do not use AI SDRs, and our reps write every sequence and make every call. Every call is logged automatically against the contact record with its outcome, recording and time.

Can I book appointment setting for a short push?
Yes. Sales days start from £350 a day plus VAT. A trained ORRJO SDR works your list for the days you choose, with every conversation logged and reported back to you. They suit a set stretch such as a product launch, an event or a push on existing accounts. For pipeline over six months or more, the retainer is the more cost-effective choice.
