ORRJO vs Refine Labs: Demand Generation, Prices and Fit

Refine Labs is a US demand generation agency for B2B SaaS companies at Series B and beyond, with paid media management starting at $14,000 a month on a 6-month minimum. ORRJO Demand Generation starts from £2,500 a month and runs webinars, ABM warming, founder LinkedIn and paid ads, next to Lead Generation, which books meetings, from the same team. Choose Refine Labs for a large multi-channel paid media programme. Choose ORRJO for demand generation that runs next to outbound.

ORRJO publishes this page, so read it with that in mind. Every Refine Labs fact below comes from Refine Labs' own website, quoted or closely paraphrased and linked, and we checked each page on 14 October 2026. Refine Labs quotes in US dollars and ORRJO in sterling; we have not converted either. Every ORRJO fact comes from our own pricing, Demand Generation and case-study pages. Where Refine Labs suits a buyer better, we say so.

When is Refine Labs the better choice?

Refine Labs is the better choice if you are a mid-market or enterprise SaaS company with a large paid media budget, you want one agency to run every paid channel with in-house creative, or you want a paid diagnostic before you commit. On its own published terms:

  • Built for larger SaaS budgets. Its strategy call page says it typically works with companies that have "over $30M ARR", "a minimum marketing budget of $1M+ per year", are "already spending $50K+/month on paid advertising" and have "an annual contract value of $25K+".
  • More paid channels. Its pricing page lists "LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube, CTV, OOH" on both paid media tiers. ORRJO's paid ads inside Demand Generation are LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • In-house ad creative. Its team page describes the creative team as "In-house and embedded in every engagement", and Creative Only can be bought on its own from $5,000 a month.
  • A diagnostic you can buy first. The Revenue Performance Assessment is a 6-week diagnostic, starting at $35,000, with six deliverables including a paid media audit and a 12-month demand plan. Refine Labs says "No long-term commitment required."
  • Paid media to your existing customers. The Expand stage of its Brand. Demand. Expand. model runs paid media to accounts you already have. It says that stage is "Paid media only", and that it is "not building CS programs or taking over your lifecycle email."
  • Marketing operations on the way. In October 2026 Refine Labs acquired MOBI Solutions, a marketing operations and analytics agency, saying it "adds HubSpot, Marketo, and attribution expertise" and that marketing operations and analytics will become a deeper capability over time.

When is ORRJO the better choice?

ORRJO is the better choice if you want demand generation and booked meetings from one team, a published starting price of £2,500 a month, or webinars, founder LinkedIn and ABM inside the retainer rather than paid media alone.

  • Demand and meetings from one team. Lead Generation runs alongside Demand Generation and books qualified meetings to a written service level agreement, and no-shows are replaced. ORRJO's ABM programmes cover 30 to 80 named accounts and book meetings on their own.
  • More than paid media in the retainer. Webinars, ABM warming, founder LinkedIn ghostwriting, content strategy, organic LinkedIn distribution, podcast strategy and clips, and dark social run inside Demand Generation, with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and social media management.
  • Webinars that feed the diary. Webinars typically run one a quarter, and ORRJO's figure is 10 to 20% of attendees becoming qualified meetings. For Pulsion, webinar follow-up booked 19 meetings in 4 weeks.
  • A published starting price for smaller budgets. Demand Generation starts from £2,500 a month, with channels and cadence scoped on a discovery call. Media spend is paid directly to the ad platforms.
  • Sectors beyond SaaS. ORRJO specialises in B2B SaaS, tech, professional services, financial services and manufacturing.
  • A UK base. ORRJO is headquartered in Glasgow, with its registered office in London.

How do ORRJO and Refine Labs compare at a glance?

What does Refine Labs cost compared with ORRJO?

Refine Labs publishes US dollar prices from $5,000 a month for Creative Only and from $14,000 a month for Paid Media Management. ORRJO Demand Generation starts from £2,500 a month. The two are in different currencies, and we have not converted either.

Refine Labs Full Demand & Media ServiceStarting at $26,000 a month6-month minimum, "scoped to budget size"
Refine Labs Creative OnlyStarting at $5,000 a month3-month minimum, "scoped by volume"

ORRJO Demand Generation (publisher's entry)From £2,500 a month6 or 12 month contracts; 12 months earns a discounted rate

Two things to check before you compare totals. First, media spend: at ORRJO you pay it directly to LinkedIn and Google, and Refine Labs' pricing page says its paid tiers are "scoped to budget size", so ask whether the spend sits inside or on top of the fee. Second, what the fee covers: Refine Labs' full service puts a Director of Demand Generation and a Performance Marketing Manager on the account, while ORRJO's Demand Generation covers webinars, ABM warming, founder LinkedIn and content as well as paid ads. If you also want meetings booked, ORRJO Lead Generation starts from £2,500 a month, and bundling comes at a discounted combined rate.

For the wider market, see our guide to B2B demand generation pricing.

What is inside each one's demand generation?

Refine Labs organises its work in three stages. Its Brand. Demand. Expand. page says they "aren't three separate services. They're three stages that build on each other". Brand covers positioning, messaging, precise targeting and "Content for buyers who aren't ready yet". Demand is "where paid media and creative work together", with measurement built inside your existing stack, naming HubSpot or Marketo and Salesforce. Expand runs paid media to existing accounts and open pipeline, using signals your team provides.

Its full service starts with a foundation sprint in the first 6 weeks. Its homepage says those weeks are spent auditing your current setup to decide where to focus first.

ORRJO's Demand Generation includes webinars, ABM warming, founder LinkedIn ghostwriting, content strategy, organic LinkedIn distribution, podcast strategy and clips, and dark social. LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and social media management run inside it, and you pay the media spend directly to the ad platforms. Channels and cadence are scoped on a discovery call. When it runs alongside Lead Generation, outreach begins within 2 weeks of kickoff, and first qualified meetings typically land within 2 weeks of launch.

Does either one book sales meetings?

ORRJO does; Refine Labs does not list it. The services on Refine Labs' pricing page are Paid Media Management, the Full Demand & Media Service, Creative Only and the Revenue Performance Assessment. Outbound meeting booking is not among them.

At ORRJO, Lead Generation books qualified meetings and runs next to Demand Generation from the same team. Each meeting clears three checks: right organisation, right person, genuine need. Every engagement runs to a written service level agreement on the meetings booked, and no-shows are replaced. ORRJO runs at 90%+ meeting attendance. Webinar follow-up across the sign-up list can be part of Lead Generation or bought as sales days from £350 a day, scoped on discovery.

If you already have a strong sales development team and only need paid demand, that difference matters less. If nobody is working the accounts your ads warm up, it matters more.

What results does each one publish?

Both publish client stories. Refine Labs' success stories page features clients including Clari, Bonterra, dotCMS, Fourth and Loxo, and its assessment page says it has "worked with 300+ B2B companies across software, fintech, and services, and run 150+ Revenue Performance Assessments."

ORRJO publishes 12 case studies with named clients. For Demand Generation, three are directly relevant:

  • Aveni (Demand Generation + Lead Generation): 1,000 webinar sign-ups and 500+ meetings booked across a partnership in its fifth year, with 98% attendance.
  • Pulsion: 280 webinar registrations, and 19 meetings booked in 4 weeks as webinar follow-up.
  • LifeLink: 185 registrants across 4 webinars, and 14 meetings booked from those registrants.

Across all clients, ORRJO's methodology page defines its headline figures: 12,500+ meetings booked and £300M+ pipeline generated. Refine Labs reports demand and pipeline changes, and ORRJO reports sign-ups and booked meetings, so read each on its own terms.

Who works on the account, and how is it reported?

Refine Labs' Full Demand & Media Service is "run by a Director of Demand Generation and a dedicated Performance Marketing Manager", with "Pipeline measurement and board-ready reporting". Paid Media Management comes with a "Dedicated Demand Generation Manager" and a "Monthly review with your team".

At ORRJO, every account gets the monthly insight report as standard, and the review-call cadence is agreed at kickoff. Campaigns run in ORRJO's private EU-hosted CRM environment.

What should you ask either agency before you sign?

Ask the same questions of both, and get the answers in writing:

  1. Is media spend inside the monthly fee or on top of it, and who pays the ad platforms?
  2. What is the minimum term, and what happens at the end of it?
  3. Which channels will run in the first quarter, and who decides?
  4. Who works on the account each week, and what is their role?
  5. How will you report pipeline, and how often will we review it?
  6. Who follows up the demand you create: our team, or yours? If your answer is "our sales team", check they have the hours.

Our agency scorecard lists more questions and what a good answer sounds like.
