B2B Pitch Deck Design Agency: Sales Decks With Every Number Checked

ORRJO writes and designs B2B pitch and sales decks inside Brand & Content, from £1,250 a month, or per project for a one off deck. The in house studio writes on the research behind your engagement, checks every claim and number before it ships, and delivers each deck as a web app, a PDF and an editable PowerPoint.

For comparison, among UK agencies that publish a deck price, Presentation Experts charges £1,500 + VAT to tidy up a pitch of up to 10 slides, and Hype Presentations charges £8,550 for up to 10 slides with storytelling and content development. Below: what ORRJO makes, the formats, how claims get checked, examples you can open, and published prices side by side. Every third-party figure links to the page it came from, and we checked each page on 13 October 2026.

  • ORRJO (publisher's entry): sales decks, one pagers and case studies inside Brand & Content from £1,250 a month plus VAT; a one off deck is scoped per project
  • Presentation Experts, London: £1,500 + VAT for 0 to 10 slides up to £4,500 + VAT for 20 to 30 slides (price table)
  • Hype Presentations, Manchester: £1,900, £3,325 or £8,550, each for up to 10 slides (pricing page)
  • RCCO, London: an average cost of £3,000 to £5,000 (presentation design page)
  • Potent: from £8,000 for a complete sales enablement build that includes the deck (sales enablement page)
  • Buffalo 7: no published price (pitch deck page). Its site footer reads "Hype Presentations Ltd trading as Buffalo 7"

What decks does ORRJO make for B2B sales teams?

ORRJO makes sales decks, sector pitch decks, and partnership and webinar decks for B2B sales teams, along with the one pagers and case studies that go out with them. Every deal runs on artefacts: the deck that gets forwarded to the boss, the one pager left behind after the call, the case study that answers "who else have you done this for?". Each one either moves the deal or sits in a drive.

Much of that work happens when your team is not in the room. Gartner's research has B2B buyers spending only about 17% of the whole purchase journey in meetings with potential suppliers, all suppliers combined, and most of the information gathering happens without any direct sales rep involvement (as reported by iStart in 2018). That is the stretch where a forwarded deck has to make the case on its own.

What the studio makes, from the Sales Collateral & Video service:

  • Sales decks and sector pitch decks
  • Partnership and webinar decks
  • Brochures and one pagers
  • Case studies written to survive procurement
  • Guides and lead magnets
  • Letterheads, signatures, and the templates that keep everything on brand after we've gone
  • Films cut for the places they'll actually play: the meeting room, the LinkedIn feed, the WhatsApp thread

The studio is in house: designers, copywriters and videographers on the ORRJO team, with nothing outsourced. It also runs the outreach its collateral is used in, and ORRJO's outreach has 12,500+ meetings booked, so the team writing your deck knows what the buyer needs to see next. For battle cards, objection handlers and sales playbooks, see sales enablement.

What formats does an ORRJO deck ship in?

Three, from one build: a live presenter web app on its own URL, a pixel matched PDF, and an editable PowerPoint with the fonts embedded. Your team can run any of them without us.

FormatWhat you get
Live presenter web appIts own URL. Keyboard, touch and fullscreen ready, deep linkable to any slide, and always the current version
PDFPixel matched, from the same build
PowerPointEditable, with the fonts embedded, so nothing breaks when the deck leaves your hands

Version control matters more than it sounds. In Buffalo 7's 2019 survey of just over 1,000 UK office workers, 10% said they had ended up delivering an old version of their presentation. A web app on its own URL is always the current version. For comparison, Buffalo 7 says PowerPoint is its home turf, and that it also designs in Keynote, Google Slides and Figma (pitch deck page).

How does ORRJO make sure every number in a deck holds up?

Every claim and number is checked before it ships, because a deck with a wrong number in it costs you the room. The copywriters write on the research the engagement has already done, and the claims discipline that runs through everything ORRJO ships means every number in your deck can survive a sceptical read. When ORRJO builds a brand, claims rules sit in the brand book alongside colour, type, logo, voice and imagery (see B2B Branding).

Small errors are common. In the same Buffalo 7 survey, 27% said they had spotted a typo on one of their slides while presenting, and 26% said their company had lost a potential customer because they delivered a poor presentation. Both figures are what respondents reported, not measured outcomes.

There is a formal version of the same habit. The UK advertising code, the CAP Code (rule 3.7), says that before distributing a marketing communication, marketers "must hold documentary evidence to prove claims that consumers are likely to regard as objective", and its scope covers material such as brochures, mailings and follow-up literature. The Code also excludes live oral communications, private correspondence and investor relations material, and it does not say whether a given sales deck falls inside it. Treat it as a benchmark for evidence, not as a ruling on your deck.

What should you check before a deck goes to a buyer?

Check that every number, quote and claim traces back to a source you could show the buyer, and that the file you send is the current version. Before any deck goes out, from us or anyone else:

  1. Every figure names its source and the date it covers.
  2. Every client quote is word for word what the client said, and the client has agreed to its use.
  3. No result has been rounded up, or moved from one client to another.
  4. Third-party statistics say who published them and when.
  5. The version you are sending is the current one.
  6. The fonts travel with the file, so the deck looks the same on the buyer's screen as on yours.

Can I see examples of ORRJO's deck and collateral work?

Yes, though client decks are not published on this page. What you can open is the collateral ORRJO hands its own buyers, built in house by the same studio:

For client results across every service, see the case studies.

Design subscriptions and published cost guides give a wider frame:

SlideGenius, San Diego, New York and London$1,500 to $4,000 a month (US dollars)SlideGenius's estimate for monthly retainers with a dedicated presentation designer, which it says are common among sales teams who need frequent deck updates

These prices do not line up one to one. Most agency prices are per deck and capped by slide count, some include the story and the copy while others charge extra for them, and some add VAT. ORRJO's figure is a monthly retainer that also covers one pagers and case studies, or a per-project scope for a one off deck. If you run deck work alongside another ORRJO service, bundling comes at a discounted combined rate. Every ORRJO price is on the pricing page.

What should a pitch deck quote tell you?

A quote should tell you whether the story and copy are included, how many slides and revision rounds the price covers, which file formats you receive, and whether VAT is on top. The published prices above differ on each point:

  • Story and copy. Buffalo 7 argues that "Most decks we see don't have a design problem. They have a story problem." Hype includes storytelling and content development in its Ultimate package and lists it as an add-on at £975 per 20 slides. Presentation Experts lists scriptwriting only under its top tier. Ask who writes the words, and on what research.
  • Slides and revisions. Hype's packages each cover up to 10 slides, with one, two or three rounds of revisions. Presentation Experts prices by slide band.
  • Formats. Ask which files you get, and whether your team can edit them without the agency.
  • VAT. Presentation Experts quotes plus VAT, and Hype's pricing page does not mention VAT. ORRJO's prices exclude VAT, which is added at the standard UK rate. Check each quote before you compare totals.
  • Claims. Ask who checks the numbers and quotes before the deck ships.

How long does a pitch deck take to design?

Agencies that publish a timescale put it at a few days to a few weeks. Buffalo 7 says "anywhere from a few days to a few weeks", and that a tight refresh of an existing deck can turn around in under a week. Presentation Experts advertises "Fast Turnaround - Just 3-7 days" on its home page. Potent says "A focused deck rebuild is 3–4 weeks", and a complete enablement build 4 to 10 weeks. ORRJO scopes a one off deck per project and does not publish a standard turnaround.

Questions buyers ask about pitch deck agencies

At ORRJO, decks run inside Brand & Content from £1,250 a month, or per project.

How much does ORRJO charge for a sales deck?

Sales decks, one pagers and case studies run inside Brand & Content, which starts at £1,250 a month and is flexed to what the work needs. A one off deck is scoped per project. If you run deck work alongside another ORRJO service, bundling comes at a discounted combined rate. Every ORRJO price is on the pricing page.

What formats do ORRJO pitch decks ship in?

Three, from one build: a live presenter web app on its own URL, a pixel matched PDF, and an editable PowerPoint with the fonts embedded. The web app is keyboard, touch and fullscreen ready, deep linkable to any slide, and always the current version. Your team can run any of the three without us.

Does ORRJO write the deck or only design it?

Both. The copywriters in ORRJO's in house studio write the deck on the research the engagement has already done, and the studio's designers build it. Nothing is outsourced, and every claim and number is checked before it ships, because a deck with a wrong number in it costs you the room.

Can ORRJO build our deck inside our existing brand?

Yes. If you have a brand book, ORRJO builds your deck and collateral inside it, exactly. If you don't, the branding work comes first, and your collateral becomes its first deployment. Brand builds are scoped per project, and ongoing collateral runs inside Brand & Content from £1,250 a month.

How long does it take to design a pitch deck?

Buffalo 7 says anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, and that a tight refresh of an existing deck can turn around in under a week. Presentation Experts advertises a 3 to 7 day turnaround for presentation design, and Potent says a focused deck rebuild takes 3 to 4 weeks. ORRJO scopes a one off deck per project and does not publish a standard turnaround.
